No sympathy here. I've put off the FF7R and most anything else they make I'm not interested in anymore. If they'd get back to JRPG then maybe but the company is starting to turn into one that's just chasing as much cash as possible as quick as possible. That mean poorly optimized and rushed games, lack of "soul", and whatever else. Something like a Ubisoft or EA (2 I don't buy from), just not all there yet.

Don't like it? I'll take it! I'd be more annoyed with the lame design of the Series X myself. People keep praising it but I find it uninspired and boring. Who cares if it "fits" with other components. Nobody really should be worried about that. The original Xbox looked better

Yes. Why would that change? We have had consoles for decades and the games could have been on PC but they weren't. It's not just a couple of games though either

All the talk from MS about next gen and it almost looks like they really haven't put as much thought into it as they've been acting like they have. You're right about what Sony has shown with the UI and new features. Amazing stuff. What Microsoft is offering seems boring by comparison
Many seem to feel like $70 for a good multiplayer game (if it is) is too much money? I don't see why. Fun games are worth the money. Either way for me if I were to try it will cost since I'll have to pay for Plus
