I'm going to go with PS1. It's my favorite of all time by a long shot. Thanks mostly to the plethora of RPGs the system had. Although every generation has had awesome memories of some sort

I've been seeing it a lot lately
Sony phones aren't doing well and neither are their laptops. Even their TVs have been struggling. Sony Pictures makes money but they lose quite a bit too. Most their films would be considered flops. I like to actually look at that stuff, and if you are interested go here www.the-numbers.com

Let's not forget that MS games will be playable on other platforms as well and they also said they're "not competing" along with other conflicting tidbits of information
Sony isn't less confident. This is their 5th time in the ring. They're being smart. What's with all the doom and gloom acting as if Sony doesn't have a clue?

As for miles driven that's just a "ridiculous stat" like it says. Numbers can be fun. The difference is Sony isn't marketing their system with them like MS does

Could we assume this journalist a moron then? The fake concern over a "campaign" is unwarranted. These types of articles can have merit at times but not like this. The game has been developed this entire generation. People should know what it's about. If the "concern" is that people won't then review it like you should and tell us. Don't complain because of stuff like this
It's amazing that the game was never cancelled and the vision was still able to be realized. Definitely a credit to the developers. Aren't many out there that will work on the same thing for that long
Looks like a resounding "NO". I say 3 as well. Although there are times when people want to remain anonymous and those are usually credible rumors
I recently got a 4K TV and if I have to have 30fps games to get 4K then I'm ok with that. Depending on the game of course.
I'm glad that he has worked to.get the PS4 and 5 materialized.
I guess we are going back to talking about lazy developers. That's exactly what this sounds like.

You bring up multiple valid points. When people talk about this stuff they only seem to look at one part of the much larger picture. Not only that, this article shows this generation being ahead of the last one which was ahead of the last one. Each one growing yet all these industry folk try and act like gaming is transitioning into other forms. Even the article linked in comments above, there's a claim about the world moving to streaming.
