Why couldn't this game be good? I really like playing this type of game in the winter. Super comfy.
I bought one at launch, and at first, I wasn't certain how I felt about my purchase. There was a lot of updates to be done and the file sizes were huge. (Almost 9GB for the Uncharted 4 update.)
But then I played through both Uncharted 4 and Infamous Second Son. That's when I knew I had made the right choice. The machine is amazing. Well worth the price. I'm also happy not to be stuck with the outdated and soon to be obsolete vanilla model.
This should be expected. It's not just a plastic charging cradle.
That game, and many others, will look and run significantly better on the PS4 Pro.
Have you even seen Uncharted 4 or Infamous running on the Pro? The difference is pretty substantial. It was definitely worth the upgrade for me.

I wanted this game to be good. I really miss all the great skiing and snowboarding games of old.
Honestly, well deserved. I'm sure the PS4 Pro helped push them over the top. Buying the PS4 Pro is worth it just to play Uncharted 4 with the best possible graphics. The game is a masterpiece and the PS4 Pro is the best way to play it.
While Xbox One S still has more games that I want to play, nothing on that system comes close to Uncharted 4. This is an awesome generation to be a multi console gamer.

The PS4 Pro is an outstanding system. For me the purchase was justified just by having the ability to play Uncharted 4 with the best possible graphics. The game looks amazing. It was easily worth the price of the PS4 Pro.

The producer is wrong. While I want a brand new Crash Bandicoot game, we need to reintroduce the series to new fans. That's very important. Once you've done that we can see if there's a market for a brand new game, and I'm sure there will be.
But if you want that to happen YOU NEED TO SUPPORT N SANE TRILOGY!! I can't stress that enough.

I actually agree with this review. I'm also calling out all the "7 reviews" as developer friendly cowardice. This game simply is not good. It's not fun. And if it was good they would have released it many years ago.
Amazing success! Very well deserved. It's worth buying a PS4 just for the Uncharted series. And there's dozens of other great games too. Sony did everything right this gen, well almost everything. (PS4 Pro and PSVR I'm looking at you.)
Now here's the bad news. They put this announcement out today as a preemptive strike because they might have lost yet another month in NA NPD, and this trend will probably continue for the foreseeable future.
$18 for the Uncharted Collection is the best money you will ever spend on a game.
