1) Seine Crossing
2) Grand Bazaar
3) Operation Firestorm
4) Operation Metro
5) Khrag Island
And the map I hate the most by far is Tehran. Fuckin Tehran....
An expiring CBA, which could mean no/delayed hockey. The game also usually launches 2nd week of September
Hopefully they learned from the NFL/NBA mistakes as of late and get that thing squared away asap.
Cover athlete should be Malkin
If they plan on having console beta's at all? Because I'd be all over that sign up sheet
And when this, Call of Duty & hopefully Dark Souls/Skyrim (or any Elder Scrolls game) get released, I guarantee it will sell TONS and we'll see that 3DS redesign with the frankenstick built into the system a lllitttlllee bit quicker than Nintendo planned...
And always make the part of the community who DOES take the game serious like a bunch of jackasses.
I'm willing to bet there are just as many people that screw around on PC as PS3/360, you just don't run into them as much since most kids won't be spending the $1-2 K you'd need to play it on.
I agree that its annoying when people don't use classes correctly or fly helicopters when its pointless (or wait in lines for aircrafts), but when y...
This should motivate EA more, finally knowing they're not the best. To be completely honest I think the new NBA Live game could be pretty decent...
The trick is controls. EA has the brand recognition and on-par graphics (hopefully), game play is what's going to determine the outcome. That's what got me off NHL 2K and back to NHL (enter year) series, the controls are just perfect.
It'll be tough though...We shall see
You match a quarterback with a receiver, and Tim Brown is the best WR to ever win it.
All of these developers have ZERO say in anything PR wise post launch of their title.
Need proof? Head on over to the SOCOM forums. Since the series has gone to complete shit (Coming from the biggest SOCOM fan alive) I used to spend a lot of time on the community forums looking for patch updates, reasons why X wasn't in the game, anything. And more so with S4 (which was terrible)
The Zipper community manager (Roeper, awesome guy) responded probably 7-8 ti...
And I don't think I sold one 4GB card at all, which is really good news. Even most of the Mom + Children buying groups got at least 8GB ones and even 16's which was good to see.
Not that I don't have faith in some of my customers, but it went really well. Had 15 units total in (10/5 split in Wi/3G versions) and only have 1 wifi version left when I left at 8
Sold out of almost all our Vita games too. So a strong launch so far, better than the 3DS ...
I hope its like Shivering Isles as opposed to the Fallout/New Vegas DLC, which was also great. I'd just rather pay more to get more upfront
Lite versions of games work with iOS because everything is digital and it's easy to download, delete, and redownload.
It's a cool idea, but with consoles still very much involved in the Retail industry, it would probably cost developers/retail stores more money to carry two versions of the same game, three including CE's.
Perhaps in 5-6 years though? Wouldn't be a bad idea.
And like the reviewer even said obviously everyone is going to have different opinions on a game, and stuff like that shouldn't be argued about
But when you go into reviewing a game and your already thinking "Man, this sucks just because it's an old franchise" or the gameplay isn't realistic (the handbreak comment) you should not be reviewing games period.
I hope G4 sends him back to the blog he probably "worked" for in the fi...
But he's getting the attention because he died so early, not just dead-dead. Kind of like when Ledger died & TDK went through the roof.
If he would've died when he was 80-90 there would be 3/4ths less press than there is now.
RIP though
Developers and everyone else forgets about people renting games. I mean what are the %'s of people who look to buy a game on launch day used, because I haven't had one person ask me in the year I've been in Best Buy's gaming division.
Think about the people who can't buy new games because they don't have money. They rent, whether it be Red Box, or GameFly or Blockbuster.
I agree that it sucks developers get screwed over, but I also a...

Because then to me I feel neglected, just like other "core" owners do too I'm sure. Am I saying every single hardcore 360 owner is pissed off, no. But did the PS3 have more & higher rated exclusives? Yes. so it does matter, to me, just like all those Kinect sales make you feel good too.
As for advertising, believe it or not it DOES work. Been working in retail for 4+ years now and you should see some of the people who I've sold Kinects to. And of course...
Just because Maria said they screwed over their core audience doesn't mean he/she meant delaying games and shit like that.
What about exclusives? If Microsoft would have focused on 1-2 less Kinect games maybe we could have gotten another one, just one more.
Or better yet, why not give me a reason to want a Kinect. Like you said it's been 2 years, and there's still not one game worth owning for (imo).
So yeah, the Core audience ...
And Wii U will probably be the platform that finally gets it. Hell at E3 EA/Ubisoft already announced Battlefield 3 & Ghost Recon, I don't see why Nintendo wouldn't want GTA, and arguably one of the best selling titles of all time on it.
I would not be shocked at all if they announced it at E3
PSN is still up, everything else connected to it is down, so you can still play online all you want..
Because it was the main beta map (at least for consoles) so people are probably still most familiar with it
