It is funny how people want to bash Nintendo for not putting a ton of the same features in their console that Microsoft is getting bashed for having too many of in their new console. People were quick to jump all over MS for the slightly less power it has than PS4 because they over invested in features like online content, playback and videos, cable tv and the Kinect.
Nintendo went the route of modest online infrastructure so it can focus on the core playability and seemless...
I agree. I have never been huge on the online interaction with complete strangers. A lot of the time it can detract from the game if you have to hear or play with complete jerks and morons. Nintendo's online model focuses on the games. If you want to talk about them afterwards, you have Miiverse.
And I think this application is something that on non Nintendo gamers complain about. The millions that play on 3DS and the U have no problems with it because it keeps everyone ...
I predict a bigger boost than we saw with Mario Kart. I also forsee huge boosts to Wii U around the holidays since you will be able to get two games two controllers and the system in a bundle for 100 dollars less than a PS4 that doesnt come with squat.
Sure Sony will have bundle but priced at $420 or so. $299 for multiple games and two controllers is going to sell like hot cakes this year for the kids and the adults when the holidays roll around. Going to be a strong finish ...
Apparently this guy hasnt heard of DLC. I mean if other franchises can juice every last penny out of us on DLC packages, why cant Nintendo? Just wait, there will be more downloadable characters. Just like Mario Kart has gotten.
Reviews like this are dumb. The game is as immersive as you allow itt o be. Can you just use one button to attack and win? Yes. But why would you when you can use special attacks and strong combos and dodge, block, and time your attacks when an enemy has its guard down.
This game is not monotonous. It is as in depth and complicated as you allow it to be, especially so if you want to try and get as much secret stuff as you can in adventure mode. Saying that other DW games have...
You are missing out on so much LOZ love if you dont play this game. It is absolutely amazing and full of LOZ content. Adventure mode will bring a tear to your eye. The music is like nothing you have ever heard. Finally, the fact that you can tear stuff up as LOZ characters you have never been ble to play before is awesome.
Do not believe the BS about it being monotonous. It isnt the button masher people say it is. You push B, X, and Y to attack, not just one button over and over...
This looks like money!
It could be they would rather people buy Mirror of fate, which is pretty good, and give people a castlevania that they might not have played through the virtual console on Wii U in the form of this game.
Um actually yes I turn the system on a lot with the pro controller actually. It has a power button for the Wii U built right in to it. The point about the 3ds is not garbage because you said it is stupid to make something under powered and gimicky and expect it to sell. The 3DS is exactly that and sells better than any other portable device and most consoles.
I notice you didnt want to touch the facts I stated about the wii. You know that underpowered system that sold over 100 ...
Um the pro controller can be used for just about everything now including eshop, gamepad is awesome because of off TV play, and the Wii out sold all last gen systems with gimicky controls and far inferior power. So i do not see any of your points as valid.
PS the 3DS is far inferior compared to the Vita. I dont feel I need to bring up the sales numbers on those.
Because it is putselling XB1 and has sold 10 million more software copies as XB1 and hasnt even released all of its heavy hitters yet? Not to mention the millions of people that invested time and money in to the Wii U would get burned if they did decide to abandon it.
Come on man. There is a dreamcast symbol on the photo for this article and it is interesting to not that Sega is not int he hardware race anymore because they abandoned too many systems in a short amount of tim...
New Final Fantasy XV Video Shows The Fast-Paced Action Combat
BY KHURRAM IMTIAZ - OCTOBER, 2ND 2014
Square Enix recently conducted a livestream of Final Fantasy Type-0 HD and Final Fantasy XV. This livestream aimed to clear the confusion about the combat of Final Fantasy XV.
Any questions? That is directly from the article written right above the video. So....
He is talking about the PS now games I think. Not the remote play of PS4 games.
So I can't play uncharted from vita on vita tv then? It requires a lot of use of the touch pad for looking at objects and the front touch pad for rubbings and cleaning artifacts. That is dumb.
Play my vita games on big screen, some PS3 Support, and play my PS4 on a different TV in the house? Yeah I am buying one of these.
The author mentions the gameplay of FF12. I still own that game for my PS2 and it is one of my favorites because of the fighting style. If they gave it a little more action and strategy like Star Ocean games have then I think it could be cool. But this video looks like an Action RPG to me. What do you think?
The video is in Japanese so since I do not speak that language this didn't clear anything up. It looks like an Action RPG to me. Looks like Devil May Cry/Bayonetta fighting meets Final Fantasy.
@RG_Dubz
Boo hoo hoo.
To quote Perjoss' reply to Bandit905 saying he is tired of articles about Destiny below:
"Just stop clicking on Destiny links."
If you do not like Destiny and think this author is a casual and assume I am too just because you got upset, don't click on the Destiny articles and troll the hell out of them. If you are such a hardcore gamer then you would be playing games right now instead...
Some Castlevania Love! I will be buying Dracula X for sure. I never played the other two offered from the GBA. I am still tempted to purchase Dracula X Chronicles on PSP instead though since it has Japanese only stuff included and has been remastered with 3D elements. It is cool to see more Castlevania games on the Virtual Console though. My favorite is still Curse of Darkness and would love to see an HD remaster of that for next Gen systems.
Whaaaaaaaat!? Pretty interesting idea. I loved the dual story and gameplay in Halo 2. It is nice to them changing things here and there to keep this series feeling new. Cant wait for Master Chief Collection and Nightfall.
