Thats because those other games run on Windows. Which is made by whom? Uh MS. They get money either way. It is brilliant. Sony just wished they could double dip the way MS does. Instead they release PS TV, the Vita's retarded cousin, that can do nothing as good as the vita can and the vita barely does anything good because Sony doesnt allow it too.
Either way you look at it, MS is making money through PC and XB1. It is smart business. This has no...
Your theory is flawed. It is based on the idea that the Wii U will not continue its rolling success it started with Mario Kart 8. It will continue to sell even more now that Bayo 2 is a down right hit critically and clearly next gen and Smash U comes out right in time for Holidays with inevitable bundles for the holidays.
It will be the most affordable system as well with a ton of kid friendly games out finally so all the kids who have Wiis will want the Wii U. Your theory of...
The difference is that none of those MS devices or services are a shadow of an already released piece of hardware like the PS TV is of the Vita.
Same here man. Something told me, just stick with your Vita. Now i am glad I did because I have heard nothing but disappointment.
I love how my first comment was flagged as trolling when trolling is the intent of pissing off people that would support the article that you are bashing. I didnt get on an XB1 article or a PS4 article and tell people to suck it. I said it in an article supporting Nintendo while supporting Nintendo.
That isnt trolling but apparently we now know how often XB1 and PS4 Fanboys check Nintendo articles and how butthurt they get when they arent always the best at something. My com...
Suck it XB1 and PS4......AND UBISOFT!
Crap deals. If you have Amazon Prime the deals on Amazon beat these every day of the week not just when Target tries to disfoint them.
Yeeeeesssss! This is fantastic news. Nintendo does 3D platformers extremely well but I miss the days of Banjo kazooie and glover and Croc and medievil and Spyro and Sly cooper and ratchet and clank. Those are the games we need on PS4 and XB1.
@ermac
XB1 is not a DVR. It works as a hub to your set top box and coupled with kinect it is pretty awesome. Smartglass allows me to controll my entire entertainment center through my XB1. When I turn my XB1 on, my TV, cable box, and XB1 come on and instantly tune to the channel I like the most. Then I can pause, fast forward, record on my actual DVR, and play any and all shows using the kinect voice commands.
It works brilliantly and I am glad they included...
Not to mention you have to pay for all that PSN stuff and Nintendo's online is free no matter what. You get discounts or free games for buying games not paying for a membership and the lack of voice chat is probably a good thing for you since your kiddos are so young. I guarantee you that even in MK8 someone will be spamming the F bomb when they loose or telling people to kiss their a$$ all the time.
My son is only 3 but he tries to play games or likes to watch me play. I do...
The problem with your comment is you want good hardware to be affordable. Thats pretty ignorant man. Nintendo has always offered their console at or below $300. They do that so all the lovely little children's parents can afford to buy a system for those children. Nintendo isnt the high end hardware power house they are the quality games and quality hardware powerhouse.
The fact that the Wii U is selling and has fantastic games and that I can still fire up my 30 year old NES...
Thats why I miss getting Game Informer magazine. I could read what the pros and cons were and look at screen shots. I dont know if everyone agrees but I used to have pretty good luck getting my games based on those magazines back in the day. I dont know if they are trust worthy now though since I havent seen their reviews in a long time.
However now I base my purchases on whether the IP is established already and I know its fun, videos, user reviews on the actual download ma...
I agree with you. It is someone elses idea of whether a game is good or not. However I do like to find like minded reviewers so that if I see a review from them I am a little closer to an idea of whether or not I will like the game. Reviews have a place in this world or else we would all have paid $60 for Haze and we would be wanting to kill ourselves for it.
Reviews are important because they weed out the crap. What we have to remember is that all reviewers are people with diff...
Not hitting 1080P 60 FPS on the Wii U is at the bottoms of things to complain about Ubisoft for. That was my point. However if it is a game you want and would enjoy, then i hope you have fun playing it. However, For a large portion of Wii U owners, the fact they even bother to release it is just a slap in the face and an inevitable excuse to discredit the Wii U even more when it fails miserably completely at the fault of Ubisoft themselves.
Maybe a small price cut, more features using the game pad the way other games have, and some good DLC support. Other than that youre right nothing to expect from a full 6 months worth of extra development from a developer that was supposed to be the biggest supporter of the Wii U..... (rolls eyes)
Except when you do this crap you dont give a big enough reason to jump to the newest generation of consoles which looses you money in the long run. Last generation had a freakong decade almost! It is time to start putting money and time in to the new consoles and move on. If the developers dont move on then customers wont either because they have no reason to.
I think they said in the article that all campaigns in the games will be playable while the patch downloads. It sounded like the patch was releasing same day as the game but I am not sure just speculating. Either way there will be tons to play and check out while the patch is downloading or installing since they are allowing predownload right now.
@webbyy
If you dont have good internet speed then you are really going to hate trying to download 65 gig. If the speed worries you and you dont want to clear space I would grab a hard copy and then only worry about the 20 gig download
Great now it can possibly release to all consoles at once and be stupid like Ubisoft was with Watch Dogs for Wii U.
Didnt know I could chop off the heads of criminals in batman games. Oh wait I cant becaise Shadow of Mordor is what we wish Batman games were.
