Because they are idiots like everyone else who thinks these numbers are terrible. It was only two days worth of sales and it released against the hugely anticipated mobile version of smash brothers on 3ds. Just wait and see what an entire week of sales looks like. Besides this game is much more anticipated by europe and NA than japan. It will sell just fine.
It was only tracked for two days and released right next to smash bros on 3ds which everyone knew was what all of japan wanted anyway. Not to mention japan is not the console gaming country it was in the early 360 days. So the conparison is already not fair. Just wait and see the numbers when it actually has been a week and watch how well it sells in europe and NA. I know several people who are buying it and that is just people I physically know. It will be fine.

Destiny is why. Only system to not get Destiny is the Wii U. That is why it seems PS3 and 360 are doing so well. Not to mention nothing has released yet for Wii U. Starting tomorrow that changes every month through christmas. Those numbers will be completely different a month from now after Hyrule Warriors and Bayonetta 2 have come out and we get dangerously close to Smash Bros U. But it would seem that the hype train worked in the case of Destiny.
This is a good thing. They should try to stick to games that are really hard to screw up graphically and that dont require patches to fix and then not release the DLC needed on each console evenly. If they stick to Indie style games like this one, they may not suck as bad as they usually do.

9 held up for me but X was crap from the get go. 7 8 9 were the golden years. Online was ok and I enjoyed 12 because it had a unique fighting style. I could play 9 again right now and be fine. I would rather play Crystal Chronicles on Game Cube though. Most fun FF experience for me so far.
Whether it is or not it is completely brilliant. Children are going to be bought toys and inculcating technology into them so they can be enjoyed in the car, at home, or in a video game ensures that parents buy your toys and video games. It is brilliant money making business sense. Its not like children only play with one or the other. They are not ripping anyone off because most children are going to have toys and games. This just makes both better.

What a bullsh1t ad. We are on the cusp of the launch of Hyrule Warriors and they are advertising Disney Infinity and price drops!? Makes me a little disappointed that I reserved Hyrule Warriors at GS. Oh well. I will have fun playing it regardless.
After that wave runner demo I really had high hopes for this game. It had really decent graphics and the kinect seemed to work really well with it. I preordered and got the battletoads outfits from gamestop which was awesome. I got home and it turns out that the only well done game WAS the wave runner one. It didnt recognize your face the way they advertised and the other games sucked and had a terrible time trying to track your movements.

Yeah I agree. I am still buying this but since I can play other Warriors games online there is no exscuse. Unless they were afraid of the resolution hit it would take which they shouldnt be because supposedly local Co Op takes a hit. I am all for Local Co Op amd wamt more games with it, but this game would sell almost twice as good if it had online play.

Black Ops 2 for Wii U only $14. Please if you own a Wii U pick up that game. It looks fantastic and that is a great value. Very fun game to play locally with a friend too using the dual screens. Not as visually polished as Ghosts was on Wii U but it is twice the game Ghosts was.
Yeah I remember those numbers for 360 versus the Wii U numbers. It actually kind of explains a few things in my oppinion. With more Wii Us out you would think it would have higher numbers, even though it was only tracked for two days. There are a lot more games available right now for Wii U than there were for 360 at the time of Bayonetta 1's launch.

If you combine all of the reviews together that have come out this game is sitting between a 7.5 and an 8. That is the most you could expect from the very best of the Warriors games. This game is going to be extremely fun and is supposed to get DLC in the future too. I got my reminder Text message today from Gamestop reminding me that my copy will be ready for pick up at 10 AM on Friday and I am super excited. Going to take the day off to play the crap out of it.
These figures were for 2 days and not a full week. Give it a little more time. No one expects any game except for mainstream huge titles by nintendo to sell as much as smash is. But 38k in 48 hours isnt horrible. Lets see what happens over the next couple weeks and exspecially when it releases in other countries. This game will sell a ton more than Wonderful 101 did. Their games are good.
Ah but the jury is still out on that one because we dont know if the game is great or crap yet. We know Ubisoft games suck when ported to Wii U, accept Zombi U but it wasnt a port it was exclusive.
So do not run Project Cars down just yet. They said they are making it great and thus the delay. Lets give them the time to prove they keep their word. Ubisoft was goven the same opportunity and then....Rayman Legends delayed and not exclusive like they said.

This is nothing new. Every game released by Ubersoft on Wii U has had either no DLC at all, no bug fixes, or a fraction of the DLC the same games gets for other consoles. We gave them a chance with Zombi U and it was good, but after the Rayman incident every game afterwards was poorly ported and they didnt care one bit. Good riddamce to this game and developer.
