I personally would not buy either. They're good movies with impressive visuals but forgettable stories in my opinion.

Yeah, no problem. Our opinion may differ though because I own both Afro Samurai Blu Rays. I'd watch them once a year or so. Great animation.
I adore anime girls. The whole time I was writing the article, I knew who I was voting for.
Well, look at something like the recent Appleseed movie and Vexille. They blend CGI and anime effectively. I would still say that falls into anime, though.
I also agree that there is some crazy stuff out there and it's on my computer. lol
Wow, you actually read it? I was thinking about just typing "you're not reading this" 150 times, but decided to actually give my opinion.
To answer your question, she is from an "adult" anime called Nympho, I believe. I could be wrong, though.
I love how people disagree anonymously with facts. There is indeed a poll for this article in the TNG forums. I also enjoy video games, anime and breasts.
Anonymous disagrees just mean that someone doesn't like me. It makes me sad. :(
lol
Anytime good sir. When I first started the site, I didn't know which direction to go in. Then, I remembered that I love video games, anime and breasts.
There is a poll for this article in the Forums section of The Nightly Gamer for anyone that is interested in voting. Thanks.
I can understand not agreeing with me, but I would like to know why this article failed. Any ideas?
If I wrote that something that was false, I would like to educate myself so that I don't make the same mistake in the future.
Yeah, I'm the worst fanboy in the world. I point out the strengths and weaknesses of each console rather than favouring one blindly.
Sorry about that.
Thank you for a reasonable comment, Why o why. I don't get much of those. I like the fact that PSN offers full PS3 games for sale, but I prefer hard copy games when it comes to new ones. That way, I am able to sell them back to EB games, or Future Shop, etc.
I enjoy the Xbox originals that are available on the Xbox 360 because there are a few Xbox games that I've missed and would like to play. I feel that Sony not having Playstation 2 games available for download on PSN is sill...
Alright. Xbox 360 owners get games as well. They also get exclusive downloadable games such as Braid. I don't want to be rude, but your comment doesn't hold much weight.
Yeah, I honestly didn't find any other songs to be out of place, but damn did that "99 Balloons" song throw me off. I had heard it before and it didn't mix with the vibe of the film whatsoever.
Regardless, I thought it was an excellent movie for the most part. Perhaps it should have been a two-parter, though. I would be interested in more back story and what not.
I never read the comic series. Could someone please tell me the difference in ending between the movie and graphic novel?
Zack Snyder is a very promising, young director. Everything he has had a hand in has been good so far. My favorite is Dawn of the Dead. Everyone says that it is his weakest effort, but I disagree.
I found the music to be fitting for most of the film, but one part stood out. The dinner scene between Silk Spectre II and Night Owl. It's early in the movie. Some pop song came on briefly and seemed ill-placed.
I'm not saying that Microsoft should have waited to launch their console with DVD9, but for their next console, they certainly need to adopt Blu Ray or another medium that is much larger than DVD9.
What can we expect from DVD9 in ten years? 10-15 disk games. It's a joke. The Xbox 360 is doing well this generation because Blu Ray isn't totally relevant at this point in gaming, but by next generation, it will be a necessity.
I agree 100% that the mandatory installs for most Playstation 3 games is annoying as hell. They take up space and waiting 5 minutes the first time you turn a game on is a huge piss off.
I may write an article about that sometime as well. The multi-disk complaint just came to mind when I was playing Star Ocean: The Last Hope. I don't have a particular bias towards any console.
I don't think anyone would be silly enough to do an open world game on multiple disks. That would get downright tedious.
Star Ocean: The Last Hope, good sir.
Edit @ Green
If I were to play for 6 hours and I wanted to complete side missions in multiple areas, I may have to swap disks more than 3-4 times. I don't see it as a huge flaw and it doesn't kill me to get up, but the point is that if the game were on a single Blu Ray disk, there would be no switching needed. DVD9 has to be obsolete for the next Microsoft console.
I felt that was fine wording on my part as well. Especially women with very large breasts. Their cleavage looks so good and then they welcome you to the house of pancakes.
