Considering there will be lots of that in Red Dead Online, it's not a real 'breath of fresh air'.
Id say that for God of War.
"but you can thank Shark cards" AND people that keep on buying them...
Same here friend, it's probably my most awaited game now, along with TLOU II.
I was really surprised by it (the footage), maybe because i wasn't expecting much to be shown. I was really blown away by the visuals and sword-play animations.
I can feel "sense of pride and accomplishment" already.
ohh wait wrong developer...
The sword-fighting gameplay looks smooth, tho the stealth parts could see more improvements and polish.
But considering we are talking about Sucker Punch, i have no worries about that.
My only concern is how they will utilize the open-world, side-quests and most importantly the main-story-line/narrative.
I think no-inclusion of NG+ would be a big mistake. If anything from more recent games like GOW and Spiderman, NG+ proved to be a big plus (no pun intended) for those games.
To all the free-aim foot/horseback players like myself...you have my sympathies.
To reduce the pain of RDR 2 aiming, lower the aim/dead-zone bar all the way down, acceleration/sensitivity all the way up.It will still feel clunky and hard, but at least you wont be all over the place with that aiming dot.
This is good to hear as a history geek ;
"Sucker Punch also consulted with specialists about wielding katanas and other fighting forms of the time, with motion consultants advising on the right way to hold a knife or more unusual items during performance capture sessions.
"We rely on all these people to let us know where we're going astray," says Fox. "Sucker Punch is good at making gameplay, but we are not cultural experts in Kama...
Ah, two legends in one picture.
I personally don't need one, since my Playstation 1 still works without problem.
I'd say RDR 2 is a step above, but considering the game released 3 or so years later, i'd put them both on the even level of quality.
The same reason BOTW got many perfect scores.
Fear of fanatic-backlash.
"Do you like my beard boah?"
The absurdity of this article hurts me.
Where is the legendary Knack 1 and ofc Knack 2????
Not to me unfortunately.
There is no such thing as right or wrong / good or bad opinion. Opinion is is just an opinion, that you may agree or disagree upon.
"Lol, 13 disagrees. Name one game released this year that is on the same level, I'm waiting. "
You pretty much answered that question yourself in your post mate. God of war.
And the reason why people disagreed with you is because of your somewhat arrogant and aggressive reply to an article that mostly praised the game.
Who is complaining about beard growth?
So far i have only seen people complaining that the game can feel slow chore sometimes, gameplay being clunky and narrative falling short at some points.
If anything, the immersion parts of the games like the beard-growth has been receiving nothing but praise.
Yea i googled Kamakura, if it looks this good on pictures i can only imagine how it looks and feels in real life.
Those structures, gardens and well preserved nature...it is not something you see everyday unfortunately.
