Yeah I'm hoping we see a more of a wide game in VGA's this year.
I assume Gamescom will be all about Driveclub and so on.
I agree, I thin the new gen should be about evolving the gameplay aspect and give more choice to the players instead of focusing in the details!
That's why games like FTL and Minecraft are successful, they put you in charge of the game!

Exactly my thoughts, which is a shame and I hope they change. The game looks amazing and highly detailed and I hope they change the gameplay in time so it can have more replay value.

In some sort I agree with you but Levolution was a new feature and they increase one thing or another.
Yet the horrible Netcode and the Packet Loose carried on from BF3 to BF4 to only fix it in BF4 8 months after the game was released.
But Hardline hardly introduces anything new besides the new game modes which.. end in 5 minutes.
HUD's / Assets and Comamnd lines are al portedl directly from BF4.
It's regarding the multiplayer portion of the game.
Based on what's given to the public to test and give feedback, in the article there's feedback about how the game theme relies on minor things instead of making the game itself have it own's identity within the Battlefield franchise.
I don't know about the campaign, but it's Visceral and we can expect a normal campaign.

It's not complaining, it's about making it change. If EA/Visceral see that people have feedback and are open minded on the matter they will try to change the game till it's release, fans are ready to give feedback.. However some press members hide behind the curtain instead of speaking out the true.

It's not being the thing of complaining, but take out the cops vs criminals and the minor things that keep the theme alive.
If you think about it the theme of the entire game, it's bland in terms of execution.. It's skins and loading screens.. They don't immerse you in this one world contrary to other Battlefield titles.
