I would ban the US completely from accessing the game so we don't have to listen to all your culture war political bs.
Too many snowflake Tater Tots and Tim Pool fans.
Now I understand who these articles are written for.
Just buy and support the game so MS doesn't shut down Ninja Theory.
...now I remember why I hate gaming media, it's because 99.9% are like this article.
I'm happy I got this game, the story is on the weak side but the gameplay, the semi-open world and the DLC's are great. Got way more hours out of this than I ever thought I would and playing with friends is stupid fun.
Studio survival no matter who is reliant on MS's quarterly reports, if MS is looking to save money then studios like Ninja Theory are gone as we've seen with Tango and others. MS has their IP's, the devs mean nothing to them but a handy tool to balance the books with layoffs.
Yes we can't wait for the work of others to be used without the need to pay them so that MS can profit even more from the people they fire.
Wow, Gamesradar really love Xbox games. They gave Starfield a perfect score calling it quote "The Best Bethesda Game In 20 Years" and now Hellblade.
Fingers crossed it'll be enough for MS not to shutdown Ninja Theory.
Good luck ninja theory, Microsoft is looking to give CEOs and shareholders a bonus either from sales from this game selling or shutting down another studio.
Looking forward to playing this game, it's got that old school fun. Shame it got pulled down by all the bs, I hope the devs don't take it to heart... and I hope that people don't think all gamers are like the crazies that went after this game, they're embarrassing to say the least.
Your comments do tend to stick out obscure, not the best effort 3.5/10
ID software, the makers of Doom and Wolfenstein that have been with us since 1991 could be gone and MS will keep the IPs.
I hope some of these studios can buy their freedom from MS otherwise this is going to be even more devastating for the industry and gamers.
Hi obscure. You look different, did you do something to your hair?
Do you know what what fiction is?
I wonder why they didn't censor the more revealing outfits or NPC's?.. almost like this entire thing was rage bait for sensitive types and the easily led. The people that made the game are lying but the outrage sites are the only ones telling the truth with their connections from the world of fantasy.
An interview from the devs posted in this comment page saying the costume are how they want them still isn't enough for the incel crowd. Its censorship but the forgot to censor the rude stuff.
Get a refund and hug your anime body pillows, your outrage will soon be directed at something new.
The games haven't been discarded, MS just made sure the people who created them are not receiving any money from future sales... like the massive c**** they are.
"Creative Gaming Has No Future"
Yes it does, just not from MS... which isn't anything new as they are the most creatively bankrupt out of all the current gaming platforms.
I guess you can argue that AI will kill creativity, but I'm praying that it isn't adopted by the creative devs... EA will use AI, but nothing creative lost there.
You have talent but MS is IP hoarding so only the biggest IP's will survive, a few new ones might slip through but if they don't sell like the big titles like COD or Fallout then bye bye and thanks for the money we'll make from continuing to sell your games.
I would read the article but the giant pop-ups from the top and bottom of the screen made me close it.
Without reading $23.4 million isn't a deterrent for a company that size.
So MS can buy another industry. They're buying up gaming's biggest IP's for leverage and control, unfortunately it means smaller studios will close... but MS will still make money off the closed studios work
I wonder who's for the chop to pay for this if no price hike? We'll find out on the next quarterly report, Tango was just the beginning.
