Actually no. Another article on N4G links to a website where a guy has made all the necessary calculations, and PS3 wins vs 360 (not by much, still) on Metacritic average score, and considering all the great games to come, the difference with 360 will greatly increase before 2009.

Actually the proof has already been given in another N4G article linking to a website. The guy made all the necessary calculations based on metacritic and yes, the PS3 won vs the 360 (not by much, though, but PS3 is still very young).
Even if he wasn't paid, it's a really stupid way to look at a lineup. With the same system, I can make the Wii or the Atari 2600 look like the console of the century.
Or, even better, I can design a console myself with a PC and an emulator. Et voila, I've got the best lineup according to them, only I will play 1000s of 10 year old games. Stupid numbers for the win.

Xbots are very active these days, probably because they have nothing to play except crappy Xbox Live arcade games (donkey kong for the win).

Quantity will never matter over quality. I mean this guy counts every Xbox Live arcade game... They're 10 years old games, none of them are worth 50 on Metacritic, while every PSN downloadable game is worth 80+
Quality is clearly on the PS3 side (resistance 2, lbp, mgs 4, siren, pixeljunk monster, eden, ratchet booty, motorstorm 2...)

I don't agree. PSN is far superior to XBL for me. There are a lot of quality PSN games (pixeljunk eden, monsters, super stardust hd, siren, flow, everyday shooter, warhawk) and nearly none on XBL except crappy old school games from 10 years ago.
You're confused. Installs are a way to make the game load faster. Every PC game has an install because it makes the game load / play faster. It has NOTHING to do with the console or the hardware. (you can't install anything on a 360 arcade though)
What is so hard to understand with this ? Even MS now tries to copy Sony on installs and soon they'll come on 360 too (this fall)
