Another article trying to throw life ring out in Microsofts favour.
Seen an article from IGN earlier as well talking about how Microsoft have now own Crash Bandicoot.
Seems to be a lot of defence being played in this game of chess.
That sounds like an Apple move
Another example of why I'd like to be able to remove opinion pieces from the front page when they start to roll out site updates.
It's dribble reading that clogs up the news and stirs flame
Neither TLOU or Uncharted are open world games. Some wider gameplay area, but a farcry from open world.
@vengeance
That's an opinion, definitely not a fact. TLOU has scope for much more and provided Naughty Dog feel they can continue to do it justice, we will see more.
Sure it's a little disappointing to hear that the battery life is shorter but what a controller.
Got any positives to go along with your direct negative or...?
Darth, I'm not defending Sony or accepting/not accepting your theory. I'm simply telling you one way that data is collected.
We know that Sony collects data because we get our end of year stats breaking down the hours we have spent playing over the year.
Great idea
Agreed, absolutely 0 ambience in this
@darth
The trophies sync online to update against your profile. Naturally these trophies are stat lead so they know what is unlocked or about to be unlocked.
That's one way of them grabbing the stats without intrusively asking you how you play.
Personally I'd love to have an option to push opinion pieces off the front page. There are too many, and a large chunk are just for clicks.
I'd rather have official news and original content such as interviews etc.
There are some real blind eyed opinions here.
You think because a company worked hard to establish a lead in an industry, it gives competing businesses the rights that throw as much money as possible at removing products from the lead?
It's a strange way to look at things and probably says a lot about your own life.
Chamber of secrets
Saved you a click
Mgs4 can be thrown into cinematic I guess haha
It would be nice if just once, someone interviewing him turned around and actually called him out on the crap he says.
Been playing it on the Oculus and it's very addictive. Would love more games like this for VR
Biggest bit if dribble I've read on here.
Loved split screen play! Halo and Resistance are two stands outs from my childhood.
I wouldn't say every game would be a 9 but the score would more accurately reflect a person that enjoys that type of game.
For example, if you don't like horror games, then you're opinion is already tainted going into the review process of a horror game.
Of course it's just my opinion and we all have them
I could be wrong here but in my opinion, if you are reviewing a game for a website, you should enjoy that type of game otherwise it has the potential to go over your head.
