I get the impression that you don't own a PS3, yet people like you and Omega can't RESIST the PS3 threads...why is that?
Can't wait 'til GamesDaily actually PLAYS the game and then re-reviews it like they did with LBP. Guess they didn't HEAR about the Split-Screen Co-op campaign.
Edit: I love when they mention how the lead character lacks "soul" in reference to a 1st person shooter. Guess they never heard of Half-Life or the Orange box which scored a 96 on Metacritic...oh wait, that was the 360 version...I guess the 360 version of R2 will get a better score from them :)

First let's all relax and maybe this is about video games. I think it is time you got off your high horse. You claim to be a stickler for the rules, yet you spell loss "lose". You also made a big deal about a forum post (which you "reported") that was about trophies and seemed to potentially affect every PS3 owner, yet where were you on the forum post about Far Cry 2 freezing on the 360? Hypocrite much? Or are you only part time critic?

Edit: Also the bumpers and the d-pad aren't analog (for the 360 controller), but all 4 "bumpers" and the d-pad for the PS3 controller are "which allows the controller to be more user/developer friendly"

I wasn't too interested at first with FC2 but the more you play it, the better it gets. I went from 'wanting to trade it in after a week' to 'not wanting to put the game down'

Blu-ray is dying...yeah, that is why it is already being adopted faster than DVD..that is why it has already killed the main competing format in under 2 years. I love the part in the article that says how people don't see a difference between upconverting DVD players and Blu-ray players...yeah, maybe on a Standard Def. TV! I can assure anyone with a HighDef TV, that the difference is HUGE!
