ACIV is a must buy on PS4.. Definitely pick that up you wont regret it :)

So its a mistake to sell more than you had expected at launch? News to me.. No console in the history of consoles has ever sold a million or more in the first day.. Sony managed to do this in North America alone.. They had to ensure they had product for the European launch so to do this they weren't able to resupply they US.. So how exactly is this "Sony's fault"?
Sorry but no matter how bad you wish for it to be the PS4 is already about to pass WIIU sales after only 2 weeks.. Once European sales come in im confident that PS4 sales will easily surpass the WiiU.

@B1663r. Well PS4 sold over 1 million in north america alone and it took microsoft 13 countries including north america to reach a comprable number.. Once the european sales are tallied "neck and neck" wont be the way we describe it..
@Death Sony sold MORE THAN million units in 24 hrs.. There was never an y reports that said they only had 1 million units available at launch. Nobody knows exactly how many units Sony had available for launch. In fact there were several reports that stores were holding units for black friday.. So I dont know where you get your information from but once again you are posting misinformation..
I think behavior like this is derived out of the previous generation where the PS3 was lambasted for its complex structure by the media daily. It created this "Us against the world" mentality for early adopters of the PS3.. I know because I was one of them and it has had a profound impact on my reaction to articles like this one to this very day.. I placed an awful lot of trust and faith in Sony and was treated like a third class citizen on this site for several years..
Gaming is a predominantly male activity.. There is a segment of women that play but a majority are males. The opposite can be said of knitting, not very men knit but some do. So its very easy to draw the conclusion that the tone of microsoft's ad was one of a male to a female.. This is where the claims of mysogony is derived regardless of the intent.. Marketing teams should know better than to have such lose messaging.. Chalk this up to another MS PR blunder..
I personally think God of War 3 should have been in the top 5 at least.. That game blew minds and is one of my most treasured gaming memories from the 7th generation.
It "matters" because you are buying 1 game and the ip usually expands to other platforms. Buying studios means multiple titles and sometimes ips.. Studios can take more risks when they ate first party and they benefit from company resources.. This is why Sony gets great new IPs like Infamous, resistance, uncharted, the last of us, beyond good and evil, pupeteer, journey, resogun, driveclub etc on top of the classics like God of war, gran turismo, ratchet and clank, killzone etc.. ...
What I find funny is all of these people raving about the multimedia functions of the X1 calling it the future and true next gen experience but these same people bashed the PS3 and its myriad of multimedia capabilities..
Blu ray, memory card readers, media server functionality, custom os etc were downplayed by the xbox elitists and now that the PS4 is the pure gaming device and the X1 has all of these unproven multimedia functions these same elitists are goin on about how it...

Most of what you listed is third party.. They need to reign back their marketing, 3rd party buy outs, and dlc exclusivity deals and pour all of that money into first partystudios 2 brand new ips isn't going to cut it..
