I cannot help but get excited every time a FW announcement is made. I hope it's a big one and they add some of the features and ideas from the suggestion blog Sony put up. Might be tied into something they are announcing at E3.

I love my 360 to death but I would not recommend it to a friend. Great games, great online, great community but every 360 owner has to acknowledge the shoddy hardware. Even with the decent warranty it is still a hassle that I wouldn't want to inflict on someone.

this generation of games seem easier. I do believe that developers are making games easier in order to have a greater appeal(not looking at you Demon Souls) to casuals. Games like GoW3 and Ninja Gaiden seem much easier than their predecessors. So yes, I think it is more important than ever if devs are making easy and even normal modes easier.
I guess I could just be getting better but I've read other people who feel the same way so I don't think it's just me.

I have a 360 so I bought it for that.. just didn't want to mess with the PC for this one but PS3 is sure to get it. It has the other titles in the series so why not? Probably will include the upcoming DLC as well for the wait.

I really liked Conviction but Chaos is hands down the best in the series for me.
If the dev team has read any of the forums I think they got the message that people wanted more Chaos and less of the "Bourne" style.. If they listen the next one could be the best in the series.

I'm not denying that sub-HD and native 720p/1080p games are different.
It's just when you have upscalers in both these systems and when you are dealing with the texture quality R* is using in the console versions you are talking minor differences that are so subtle it's not worth all the lip service it's getting.
Now 30fps vs 60fps I will notice something like that.. but resolutions with upscalers not so much when dealing with game play. Now ...
