The game looks epic but im afriad they're diluting the core batman experience with all this extra stuff. Dual play, batmobile, story focus on other characters. Who thought it'd be fun to spend a batman game shooting unarmed tanks and drones? Really?
Atleast a reveal trailer like this leaves you room to hope for upgraded graphics in the final version, as they should be.
This game is NOT years away. Not even fallout needs 8 years of dev time lol
A company finally reveals a game with actual in-game footage even though its not the final version, and we give them shit for it? We cant ask for two things at once lol
I felt the same but i only saw the next-gen logos at the end which gives me hope that its not cross-gen. Also, i'll take legitimate early gameplay over some touched up shiny trailer bullshit any day.
I watched some game-play earlier and it doesn't look half bad. Just a unique shoot-em-up with some slick visuals.

You questioned why anyone would defend them, which insinuates they are in the wrong.
I understand people are frustrated with them but lets say you enjoy pes, and konami cancels pes. You are understandably upset, but does that make Konami "bad"? they decide whats best for their buisiness, and those decisions dnt require a moral stance from the consumer. If you dnt agree with them, just spend elsewhere.

Why does anyone need to attack or defend them? They are making decisions for THEIR business not reading a moral compass. If they want to make phone games good for them, who gives a shit?

Im not too concerned about launch titles at this point i'd like to play any game in VR. Hopefully they add VR support for existing games as well.
Yeah hopefully they'll start rolling out demo kits to retailers soon. E3 gives them a good chance to raise awareness and show what kind of demos will be availible. Problem is its expensive to put demos in retail and you need an attendant to walk people through it and make sure no ones destroys the equipment.
Nothing worse than losing progress because you fell off a porch and died.
It makes no sense. This is a "reboot", but its online only? Doesn't exactly hearken to the NFS of old.

I thought FIFA 15 was the best fifa in a long time, much better than 14 and definitely the most "next-gen". That's why i had hope for 16, which is slowly fading lol.
I enjoyed this game, it wasn't perfect by any means but a solid 30+ hours.
Its not a bad addition but i wish they ddnt pick this dev cycle to implement the women's teams, I was hoping for FIFA 16 to be the first truely next-gen blow your socks off FIFA. Now I'm just wondering how much dev time they used for this instead of the core game.
I think the newest PS4 patch is pretty good, just downloaded it.
-it fixes a lot of the shadow pop-in and bad LOD transitions, especially on foliage.
-Distant objects and trees look a lot better now.
-the world looks better at speed.
-frame rate seems no different to me.
