He does have a few small MS attack but they are usually pushing advice to MS.
Wii will keep on selling but i dont think its part of the same battle, it will effect the sales of both but not kill them.
Every 360 and PS3 owner i know owns one, it a game/toy and good fun.

Buy a 60g if you want BC. You have a choice like you have to with the 360 core. same price $100 extra.

I have used the BC once and thats it, you realise its pretty sad playing previous gen titles when you see the new stuff. If you want to play gods of war use your PS2 for the full retro experience.

This has a massive impact on bluray now. $299 on a bluray player which has a 5 stars rating(whathifi) is key to helping the console war.
MS know this by forming the hddvd council this week which is a last ditch hitlers bunker style defence. If they were that bothered they would have put it in the elite but the would have shown the 360 true colours at $150 more with no wifi.

Numpty, work out the math. Gamecube 20million (official classed as a failure) xbox 24million, PS2 120 million. Lets be kind and say only 20% of these were APAC sales thats 24million the total xbox sales globally. If they only sell half that in ps3's thats 11 million console sales xbox need from elsewhere.
The lead xbox has over PS3 with the extra year would not cover this and i am been conservative with the figures.

I hated Halo 3 but it's obvious a lot of people love it. Use your own judgement the review are done by one person in the office. You could have had a 9 if the post was delivered to somebody who liked this sort of thing.
They ignored Japan with the xbox and it failed. They are loosing much needed millions of units they need to move ahead.
They don't understand the brand, they should have got there mates Toshiba to brand it in APAC and the Japs might have gone for it.
Without this market they will never dominate. Europe is the same in some regions and branding and image is key. Only in the UK are they selling well.

Have you heard of the playstation 2. outsold the xbox 5 -1 and was half as powerful. Its all down to how many boxes are out there.
If there are 40 million xbox360's out there is five years time and 40millions PS3 sony know developers will want to bleed this market for a while. The next gen will hit movie style developent cost and most developer will hold off. Thats why exclusives are dying because they need both and a lot of consoles.

Yes, you spend $279 then find out you need to spend another $100 3 mths later for a drive to play GT. Soon after you buy it you want to play online and thats another $50 and you realize you have no Cat5 in front of your tv which is another $100 for the wireless.
Its a 360 elite kit you buy over 4 months. But parents get suckered in while the kids know full well the extras will be needed.

Sorry forgot the wireless adaptor as most people don't have cat5 in there front room. Thats $579. We can probably leave HD DVD as that is not required. Then the 20gig drive which puts it to $679.
