As PS3 has shown, STARTING first, doesn't necessarily mean ENDING first... ;-)
Why? I took my $60 1TB hardrive out of my PS3 and put into my PS4 at launch. You can get a 2 TB for around $100. Replaceable laptop hardrives & Blu-ray Discs, that's how SONY's been doing it since '06... ;-)
