Nah, Tag Tournament is a spinoff, Street Fighter x Tekken is another, and Tekken x Street Fighter is yet another.

Hey I am just defending and supporting a PS3 exclusive that deserves credit where its due. Maybe you guys just haven't played both.
Gameplay is pretty good, but the story is terrible and the soundtrack doesn't blend well with the action. I think you will find Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 to be a much more immersive and enjoyable game in the hack n slash genre.

Somewhat, but there aren't enough Japanese gamers who want those specific types of "culturally-inclined" ; games to warrant making titles strictly for them anymore. The money needed for the development of today's technologically advanced games outweighs that tiny minority of gamers in the world.
Universally good games have universal appeal, which is where the money for new games should be invested. It's the only way.
There doesn't need to be a separate Japanese market; developers shouldn't be wasting time and resources trying to make games that appeal only to Japanese gamers. All games should be universal in appeal.
There's no such thing as "appealing to Western audiences" since we like EVERYTHING. We just don't care for the ridiculous anime-looking characters and immature storytelling much, that's all.

Move is the best motion control device of the 3 platforms, but still, if there is no clear benefit to using the wand instead of the controller, I'm not interested. Right now I simply see it as an emerging alternative to using a controller, and that's not enough to make me want to buy it.

Fallout GOTY was a buggy mess. If I was Bethesda I would be ashamed and cry at my desk every day for that monstrosity.
On the other hand, Oblivion GOTY is impecable. Don't know how they could get one right and the other so wrong, especially since the engines are so closely related.
