I took the time to upgrade my network at home by replacing the router and getting a mesh system throughout the house before I bought the portal. I have absolutely zero latency issues with it and I am using it currently to play Helldivers, The Finals and Star Wars Jedi Survivor.
The demo destroyed my interest in this. Maybe I'll chance it when it's cheap in the future but the current slate of game releases have this buried

Man I remember getting excited about Ubi back in the day. The Watch Dogs reveal, Ubi arts indie games, Rayman etc. They've fallen so far from grace it's incredible
And it is designed by Eric Lang too. So this won't be some half assed attempt at a cash in. He does some incredible stuff. I couldn't be more excited for this.

The mission you are referring to is the one the community is affectionately calling Robot Vietnam. It is damn near impossible. My group got 27 of the 30 civilians out on our 4th attempt at the mission but could not get the last 3. It is a bonkers mission. Other missions on hard are not as extreme.
Speaking of extreme my group moved on to that difficulty last night and it was glorious chaos.
Yeah the year is definitely front loaded. I dont mind that though. I've come to a point in my life where I don't need to buy things when they're new anymore. So I'll pick up a few of these games on sales later in the year

It has been years and we don't know what the majority of their studios are at. Some of the more creative studios are shut now and financial forecasts suggest we won't see any major Sony game release between April 2024 and 2025.

I do think Playstation are leaning on the China Hero Project a bit to get them through a rough patch. They didn't have a bad year last year but it was their weakest in a long time. They don't have a bad year planned this year but it could also be considered one of their weakest. We also aren't used to playstation keeping us so out of the loop with project in the works either.
