Two top choices for sure!
It was without a doubt one of the better showcases in years. There was plenty there that excited me. Something has been lacking in years on all platforms
A lot of this game reminds me so much of Kena Bridge of Spirits and I loved that game. I'm very interested in this.
I'm dissapointed with the tone they've taken with this but I'm going to wait for a gameplay reveal before I completely poo poo it.
I couldnt take to this one. I really like the majority of what was shown in this showcase but Flintlock is the stinker for me. Not at all feeling this (and I'm rather disinterested in Avowed too) but man I'll take everything else
I'm going to heavily agree. I'm well Impressed and excited to play the vast majority of what was shown.
I didn't care for Concord, but I'd give this it's fair chance. At least it has some originality.
This is my favourite pick of the show. The premise is so intriguing and I love turn based and tactical games. It just seems creative and fresh.
I loved this. Everything about it was just faithful to Indie. I'm all in right now
This looks like it'll be my favourite warbond so far
They're teasing a remake of The Thing on their twitter page. And I'm all for it!
Pretty much sums up my take too.
Gimme Astro
Keep Concord far away from me
Because they've been consistently boring for the last couple of years. Hard to get worked up for it now
These never seem to justify the rewards. You'd be better off earning the stars and redeeming them for the store credit. Then using that store credit towards the game like Stellar Blade. You would get further with your points that way and spend less of them
I hate to say I agree. A lot of the negative factors are quite consistent. Even reading IGNs review I fully expected a lower score than what they gave it. But I still want to try it
That 81 is held onto by a number of 10 out of 10s from Xbox sites though. I think some tinted goggles are keeping the metric up.
I'm dissapointed but I was half expecting it. Going to play it myself over the weekend either way. The time investment isn't a lot and I adored the 1st game.
Ragnarok was a great game I just didn't think it was an incredible game. Its my least favourite mainline GoW. Which sounds like a dig but that is a high bar.
Gow3 >2018 >Go2 >Gow >Ragnarok
I probably do prefer it to GoW1 but my fond memories are making me choose it.
I had some hopes for it being a corny kind of awesome when it came out but people's impressions were absolutely awful.
It could be. That might explain a lot
To be fair, Xbox deserve some credit for this showcase. They brought some exciting stuff. I'd be the first in line to lambaste them if they did as poor as usual but they came through this time. Especially after the State of Play, Summer Game Fest, Guerrilla Collective and Ubisoft Forward all whimpered this year.
