It would be a tough choice between my 360 and PS3 but think the 360 would win out. Think it would come down to the control. Then again, I'm still waiting for my XCM Cross Fire adaptor so I can use my 360 control on the PS3 soooo, I might change my mind in the future!!!

There won't be a new 360 redesign till next fall when MS relaunches the Xbox 360 plus with the Natal. It would be stupid and totally unprofitable for MS to do it now when they already have something BIG coming then. They've said it themselves hundreds of times!

I bought the Core and was totally fine with it. I just upgraded with a hard drive later in the year when I had money for it. I was totally happy with doing that as I was given a "CHOICE."

I'm def gonna make this a first day rental. Especially after watching the freakin AWESOME GI Joe movie last night! Loved it!!! We were all absolutely Giddy watching our childhood hero's tear it up onscreen. Especially the fighting scenes...I was stoked thru out those scenes! Gotta go see it again!

And you can argue that numbers aren't important to "TRUE" gamers but in acuality they kind of are. Sales numbers dictate A Lot for gamers such as exclusives from 3rd party gamers and futher games being developed for it. Now do you think Rockstar would have ever brought GTA to the 360...
They just didn't score high enough to be on the top-50. I remember reading that Uncharted just missed out...around 54 or something.

I've been quite critical of Sony and there Marketing plan so far....and rightfully so, but I can't disagree one bit about the "GO."
It might not be a true new platform, but it will be a relaunch with a new concept. You gotta remember that there will be more money invested in marketing plans and promotions for the "Go."
And it is also a new hot concept, the whole digital download thing that they have to embrace in order to compete.
