This guy is a total douchebag and knows nothing about gaming. EVERY game he mentions is actually an awesome game! I mean, GOW2, GTA4, L4D are freakin Game of the Year candidates by mostly every other site! NG2 is pretty much a next gen copy of one of the greatest games ever...And Burnout Paradise, Mario Kart, and Smash Bros were just straight up FUN games!!!
Then to make it worse,....he mentions nothing about those games that were dissappointments....HAZE, TOO HUMAN, STAR W...
First thing, like I've stated before...it's nothing personal. I myself once tried to start an entertainment source so I understand how difficult the hustle is.
My main thing is that you state you are an unbiased source BUT when in reality you've admitted it to me in a PM that you alway's lean towards the PS3. It's also blatantly obvious to everyone who watches your show as you ALWAYS question the 360 and don't do it to the PS3. You're title on this article is another example of it....
L4D is an AMAZING game!!! For anyone who hasn't tried it, you gotta do so! A game like this is why Valve is so regarded!

This guy tries to call out Time magazine for using faulty information when he too qoutes wrong numbers.
He says LittleBigPlanet has sold over a million copies which has been debunked already. They are FAR from it actually. Those numbers came froma VGChartz and we all know how accurate they are!!!
LBP sold around 285,000 in October when it first released but in November, it only sold around 144,000 copies! Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's only about 429,000 copi...
LBP has "NOT" sold over a million. It is far from it truthfully. The million sales figure came from VGCharts and has been debunked since then.

The Wii is so popular because EVERY kid wants one! Same reason that the Nintendo DS continues selling like HotCakes every single year. And you know what, it's gonna continue selling no matter what us hardcore gamers say because honestly, KIDS are looking for something different then we are....no matter how much we disagee with them. You have to understand that to understand the marketing trends.
That leaves the 360 and PS3 fighting for the other 40% of the market...us!! We'...
They didn't like MGS4. It's not everyone's cup of tea. I mean if you like the MG series you LOVED it, but for everyone else, it was just a long CGI movie.
But the 360 won because it was the best hardware for gaming this year. (Red ring of death withholding of course!~ LMAO!) But myself like most gamers found myself playing the 360 more this year then my shiny black box. BUT, I expect that to change....maybe next year? Kill Zone 2 is gonna take up A LOT of my time!

As for your comment that PS3 is ahed...it's ahead in Japan but please tell me where you're getting the information that it's ahead in the PAL area??? Maybe VGCharts...LOL. Because from real world numbers, MS is slightly ahead. Nothing wrong with that for Sony, especially since it's more expensive!
Sony has pretty much ruined there golden goose. I mean, with such a crappy introduction to "Home" that has gotten terrible feedback from both critics and supporters it has now built a bad stigma. and like with any other entertainment source, it becomes increasingly difficult (some say almost impossible) to change that perception.

1. People who tried it already will not try it again. It is "Optional" afterall.

MG4 isn't everyone's cup of tea. To those who love it...they loved it. But to those who weren't fans of the series...it was just a long slow movie.
The other games had more mass market appeal and were more appealing. But then again, this is all an opinion thing. There is no science to it!

LBP's numbers are honestly not that bad. 1 million is a good number to be at all things told.
But it's the perception that has harmed LBP. Sony fanboys were hyping LBP as the next greatest thing in gaming with claims that it and Resistance would singlehandedly push the PS3 over the 360.
Since that didn't even come close to materializing, these games have been unfairly been labeled as failures. So if anyone is to blame, blame Sony fanboys for putting TOO MUCH expe...
