I really don't mind remasters. Dishonored was a great game. If you don't want them nobody is forcing you to buy them.
For people that haven't played these remasters and who have next-gen consoles and not a good enough PC, it a great way to experience some great games.
I think the pricing is often to high, but if you wait it's possible to get them cheap. I got TLOU Remaster for $12. I think 19.99-29.99 is a fair asking price.
If people want high end PC graphics then they should get a high end PC.
PS4 is $400
Xone is $350 most of the time with two games, that makes it under $300 for the console.
Seriously, for the price of these consoles the graphics are very good.
Try building a PC from scratch with windows and kb/m or controller for under $300 and reach even close to that level of graphics.

Driving like a teen may be less like real world racing but more akin to playing against real players, who never drive realistically online from my experience.
Well it was just announced that Hearthstone has reached 30 million so I suppose that 20 million for Destiny.
Damn, that popularity means they'll never implement RAID matchmaking. It's the one thing that keeps me from playing the game.
At worst, even without the 3D and tracking, they should be huge massive screens for under $400. I'd seriously be happy with that alone. Like playing in movie theatre at home, for cheap.
It just needs to be compatible with every game and there's no reason why every game shouldn't be able to be displayed on Morpheus and Rift.
EA seems to be back on top. I know a lot of people that moved from Activision games like Destiny and COD to FIFA and battlefield. Although, if Destiny had RAID matchmaking we'd probably mix that in with FIFA again...or it could be too late for Destiny, we stopped playing after our last failed pub crawl manual matchmaking disaster.
A bit premature to talk about PS5 and if the (aesthetic) features are true and cost effective, why not include them on PS4 Slim..

I didn't care about the TV focus and alwas on. My main gripe was xone had less power and cost more, being forced to buy Kinect, and the fact that Live seemed like a pay wall rip off. That combined with al the bad blood from my several broken 360s and MS treating customers like crap for years on 360 made me go with PS4.
For me, it wasn't the launch, it was a long time coming. The second ms made Live Gold necessary for netflix and IE I wanted xbox to fail.
I have little faith in DICE's destruction. They gave up on that a long time ago in favour of graphics.
I don't blame them entirely though, if they upped the destruction millions of whiny gamers would complain about a graphics downgrade while reminiscing about how BFBC2 was the best in the series.
Sony needs to release remote play on all android devices to compete with this.

Mobile has a better shot at ending the console gen than HoloLense. Hololense is cool but it's a ways away from mainstream.

I hate gamers sometimes. I'm sure the majority of people would have had no complaints.
Movies and TV, sexy is never complained about, half of them show girls/guys with no shirt for several scenes and often for no reason. But if a game shows some cleavage everyone screams SEXIST.
Have people seen the way young people dress and look in real life. Go downtown on a Friday night, it's boobs and ass everywhere.
Looks amazing to me, downgrade or not.
