Correction, we need a new fresh GOW game that reinvents the hack and slash.

If xone and PS4 games are identical it just means that the devs gimped the PS4 version or spent an unequal amount of time/resources tinkering with the xone version to make it look the same when they could have gotten more out of PS4.
As a PS4 owner that kinds bothers me, the amount of time/resources should be divide equally between the consoles...I can't support such practices and won't consider buying this game.
I've heard a couple of people with both say they like xone better. Mostly because it offers a more comprehensive multimedia experience.
But just a question, why would you hate the PS4 it most of the best games are on both but run better on PS4, especially if you like the controller? hmmmm
Nope Melvin, MS abandoned the core in 2010. I know because I bought a 360 because it had the best announced exclusive game line-up. Then it lost them all except Gears (which got a lot worse in terms of SP) and focused on Kinect. Every E3 was Kinect focus and COD exclusive content. Fable turned to crap, Bungie slipped through their fingers and they went from having the best exclusive line up to having time-limited exclusive DLC and a bunch of horrible Kinect games.

Should have just made the next-gen version 900p or 720p and upped the framerate to 60.
The gameplay is great but it's not smooth at all. And whenever you pan the camera you get that 30 FPS double image blur.
A 720p 60FPS game looks much sharper when moving the camera than a 1080p 30FPS game.

Judging by the previous xbox's, MS will drop game/support after 4 years. Particularly so if xone isn't the success they hoped for, then they'll abandon it after 4 years, which would be 2017.
With Xbox they abandoned the console completely after 4 years, 360 they abandoned core gamers after 3.5
I know because I bought both previous xbox's in the launch window.
According MS xone sales doubled in June...knowing MS it's xone sales to retailers doubled.
Knowing MS, it means that xone's shipped to retailers doubled in June.
I get the feeling that although as a company it's struggling, Sony will support Playstation to the end. MS on ther other hand will support Xbox until investors decide there's more profit elsewhere.
The threat for living dominance and having another company's OS in every household comes from Google and Apple TV services, not consoles.
Impossible, every Live user I've encountered harks on PSN going down as if it never happens to Live. So it must be the ISP that's the problem...for millions of people.
Well at least it doesn't make the console $100 more and the OS awkward.
And even if the track pack is under-utilized, it still functions as a great 4 point select button.

If your Canadian there was a huge advantage to purchasing in the launch month. PS4 is now $450 in Canada whereas at launch it was $400 so launch purchasers paid a lot less.
The first price drop will make it the same price that launch purchasers paid.
