Better sales than CoD on pc
Agreed!The problem is they are the majority now.
Problem is many people know about one fps only and their yearly buy list only consists of that game.Yes!you can easily get a metacritic score of 90 but beating CoD in sales will need something miraculous like CoD4.But riccitello keeps his promises.In 2008,he told to make fifa a metacritic 90 game when it was losing to PES.Now,fifa is almost perfect game.
CoD can't be dethroned bcoz there are many people out there who just plays CoD and buy anything related to CoD for any amount of money.Its just like Final Fantasy,You release a game with the name final fantasy on it,it will sell like hotcakes and many people will think it as the greatest rpg ever.But the real thing is they play very few rpgs/fps a year and thus even if you give them a bad game,they will think it as the next big thing with their mole in the hole view of the world.
If open beta were there,it would not have happened
Alpha protocol all the way,Proof that it is getting nominations for the best story.Actually it got best story of the year+worst glitches of the year+B team of Obsidian.Fallout New Vegas guyz could make it a masterpiece as story,rpg elements all were there.Only bugs and Sega(for not supporting it) destroyed the game.

I am sorry for Two worlds 2.It is not released in NA yet.Otherwise it beats all the three listed.Then there is Divinity 2.And ME2 is probably an action title with some rpg elements.Just opposite of ME1,an rpg with action elements.

Play it on pc.You can import saves from 1st one that changes the gameplay in ME2.And you will be able to take that in the 3rd one.That's why mass effect is amazing.I wonder what my decisions in me1 will result in ME3.
We are now in 6xxx and 5xx series in graphics market whereas consoles are in 1xxx and 7xxx series.So,definitely they are holding back.Said that,it has a great advantage-with a decent 4xxx series gpu u can play any game as requirements are low.Atleast until 2012 this will be continued,then new gen consoles will rule graphics for a year or so.Then the same holding back story.
I can see bioware can be on a streak.ME2 is firm favourite for every GOTY this year.Next year they got dragon age 2 and most probably in 2012,we will see the epic ME3.I am making my characters from ME1 and wanna see how my decisions affect in ME3.Only game this gen for which i gave four playthrough to have four different characters for me3.
Bioware+Naughty Dog+Blizzard=Ultimate game.Good looking,unparalleled story,everlasting appeal and massive in proportion.
One question to the pc reviewers who are reviewing this game as 10/10.Have you really played the game on pc?

Surprise!surprise!IGN is making us laugh with hilarious reviews.Unfortunately most people follow them.
Most q4 games of 2010 were pushed back due to fear of sales against mammoth selling titles.But as it stands,there is just too many games in the q1 2011 and there is a strong chance that any decent game will get severe beating.Decent games will fail in q1,you have to be great to stand out in the crowd of games in q1.
