I have all the ps3 games apart from Dead Nation. I didnt have any of the psp games though so that's awesome.
I really don't get the problem here, they've done a lot more than they have to. Im very happy and wasn't expecting as much as we got. Its obvious that if you buy all the 1st party games then Sony won't have as much to offer you. You aren't getting screwed at all.

Its really nice to see the creators think of 5 as the direct sequel, it makes a lot of sense considering the later setting. Then they could branch off another title for this period.. Oh well SC is still a good name, just might be odd if the sword itself is insignificant to the main story.
Its getting to the stage now where there are only two possible explanation for the leakers:
a) They're incompetant and don't know how to use their own site's CMS systems. (employ better people then, please..)
or..
b) They do it on purpose to poach hits. It must suck knowing a competing site is getting an exclusive and pulling people away to watch their videos. This way you have a blame free way of keeping your traffic on site.
I'd give it 5/5.. Compared to any game. It's not for everyone but it's great for those who get into it.
You can set your own objectives. You get bored of any game. There's a lot more to do and more gameplay time to spend in MC than almost anything else. Its nice to have a game with infinite scope so the player can decide when they're done rather than the designers. I wish more games had procedurally generated stuff.

I'd be happy for this! Maybe it could pick up some of the previously exclusive stuff too.. If its architecturally similar to the 360 maybe we could see a budget Dead Rising 1 remake etc.

Woah that's a MASSIVE graphical jump. Warhawk is very pretty too in its own weird way, but only really great looking in certain circumstances (dogfights among the clouds were nice looking)

Based on the timing and the fact its a UK studio.. I suspect this is a Prometheus tie in.. Which could make it both much more interesting and more dangerous and less likely to be good. Mmm movie licences.
Woah, if you watch the video in HD it's almost like the 360 versions textures *never* get a chance to load fully before they've moved onto somewhere else. This is one of the biggest PS3 "wins" I've seen on a multi-platform title. So weird. Pause it at almost any point and you can see a load of half loaded textures.
Not that either version looks all that hot, so its not exactly a big deal.

I think I'll wait until its in a Steam sale. :D Seems like one of those games where the PC version's visual and smoothness advantage is pretty astronomical.. Look at the 360's gun textures! Ouch.. I played the PS3 beta too and although pretty.. Sort of... There (at the time) was absolutely terrible object pop-in that's probably in the 360 version too. There were also cutscenes where the textures had barely finished loading by the time the cutscenes completed! I hope they fixed...

"I have no other friends with PS3s!" is a good reason if someone really wanted to play with their friends. But that's just common sense.
