Don’t want to run that comparison. What I don’t want though is Obsidian to finally reach their potential. I would love to see that as they always struck me as a studio who did a lot with very little. I always found they were slightly restrained.

I’m a big halo fan dude, that showing was indefensible. How people are managing to make so many excuses is crazy. That wasn’t good enough, in fact it was heartbreaking because Halo is a game I have grown up with.
Last year was the time to show an early build, not this year.
And on top of that, they should’ve communicated it, IF it was an early build.
Lack of communication and poor communication undid this showing.
MS and 343 should absolutely have stated this. I’m sure they understand how big this game is for this system, for MS, and really ultimately for 343. Because I think generally this is last chance saloon for them.

The weakest part for me was Halo Infinite. I am really happy what they showed apart from that. Exclusives were announced and more are in the pipeline. So yeh I’m happy about that.

As an person who games primarily on the Xbox and has done since the OG Xbox, the power arguments means little without a consistent churning out of quality titles, especially exclusives.
