I think they're just seeing how much they can milk this current trend and how much in games items they can flog.

God of War is my game of the year for sure. GOW nailed it for me on every front.
I do like RDR2, however don't rate it as highly as the 9's & 10's it got.
No one is denying that this is their own mess and that they screwed up this gen.
I wanted SNES games tbh. The online for Switch has been shite.
I think we lack stories where people are doing some good in this world. I get that people like to seem like they're reading between some lines and want to appear edgy, but sometimes there just is no need.
This is something good coming out of a situation I wouldn't wish upon anyone.
I want this game to do well but I still don't think there's enough time. Even if there was another delay I wouldn't mind. If this comes out and ends up being ballocks, I think the franchise will die, and there is so much untapped potential here.

So glad there was a trial for it first. I know it's only about half the price yearly compared to the rivals, but it barely has half the benefits.

Killzone 2 wasn't really a downgrade, since they actually didn't show the game itself. Their fault was not saying what people were actually watching.

I think they shot themselves in the foot with this whole behind closed doors thing now. All the press went mad over it.
I thought at the time that this wouldn't live up to the lofty expectations. It didn't. It looks good, plays good. But it doesn't live up to that hype.
People hype things alot more when they know they're one of the first lot to experience it and others won't be experiencing it for a while
