I don't believe Sony could afford the loss of revenue. Luckily for them the PS4 is selling well enough not to need a price drop.

I primarily played 360 as most of my friends did too. However that didn't mean any of us laughed our t!ts off at any PS3 footage. Most of us own a PS3 too for the exclusives. Its an awesome bit of kit.
PS4 might struggle to achieve 60fps and 1080p with this title ;-)
(And XB1 for that matter)

It would beat the xb1 in the pc setup they used (and PS4).
It wouldn't perform near its best with those joke cpu's in both new consoles.
I don't think its trying to be a typical pc setup. It has the other decent kit, so as not to be a bottleneck so we can see what the 'little' card can actually do.
There's gonna be a xb1 price drop come summer. It definitely needs a fresh kick up the butt. So far Sony has been playing MS like a fine tuned musical instrument.
It takes a lot of guts to move away from the known (and successful) to the unknown future.
