Maybe Sony bought the rights to make this game exclusive to their system. I remember Sony stating a while back that some of the reasons why GTA was not exclusive anymore was because they couldn't afford to make it exclusive. Maybe they dumped their money into this game from Rockstar instead???
i never have owned an original xbox or 360, so my question is did the original xbox have live?? i can't recall if it did or not, and was unsure if was launched along with the 360.
I remember playing the GTA series on the computers in high school back in the day, and we would play each other through the LAN network. Whenever someone died, it would say that you have been "fragged" in big bold letters across your screen. Good times...
yea...this game vastly improved in that 2 year window. the visuals look great, and i hope the gameplay improved as well.
i wonder how the multiplayer will work when players play against each other. the whole time stopping/rewinding/slowwing seems kinda difficult to pull off in a multiplayer game. i have not played F.E.A.R. at all and i know in that game u can slow down time. is slowing time allowed in the multiplayer too?
yea, it looked like everyone had the same body frame. everyone (qbs to linemen) were all skinny and lanky. football players do have size. any way, i hope this can give madden some competition. i like both games, but i always end up only buying ncaa football each year. i have nfl2k5, and the last madden i bought was 2004 i think. any ways, im hoping a lot of new features r brought out in each game this year because these games have been lakluster on improvements over the past few years. ...

the premise for the game sounds pretty cool. it is a different story on war, which haze developers have been stressing for a while now. the whole effect of the nectar, from what was explained in the video, sets a good premise for the game. hope it turns out to be a good one for next gen systems.

I'd say just hold off another month or so for the Halo hype to die down. If they can wait until November or December, this could possibly hlep sell more system for the holiday season. If Killzone has a strong showing at E3 and builds up "real" hype with proof of the games visuals and play, it could help sell more systems for the holiday. i tried the motion controls, i wasnt sure how to adjust it for the flying aspect. It was difficult for me with whatever settings it had for six axis control. they had 2 options for the sensitivity, so when i have time i will play around with it more.
anyone else keep freezing up or have difficult times connecting to games at certain points?

it is a very fun game and should sell well. the controls are really smooth and the graphics and action are great. it is very addictive. there is a learning curve, especially with the flying, but once you fool around with the analog controsl you leanr what does what. the only complaint i have about it so far is the way you look up and down when in ground combat. it is the opposite of socom and resistance, so everytime i wanna look up i keep on looking at the ground and so on. but that is...
these screen shots are really great, but it is still early and i am sure rockstar will fine tune a lot of things with the graphics by the time it is released. it is a step beyond what the last games produced in little details graphically. we still have 6 months till it is released, so after they tune the gameplay and such, i am sure the graphics will get fixes too. no doubt am i looking forward to this one in october.
