Why does she have to die this time ?! Most memorable and shocking moment... yes but it’s not why I fell in love with the game. I mean she doesn’t have to die to pray and release Holy , it’s not like her death is the only way to activate it , she technically did what she needed to do before sephiroth did what he did. Also it wouldn’t have the same impact since everyone and their mothers knows that it happens
I can’t wait when I can instantly travel in games ... you know like seeing a portal and seeing what’s on the other side and jumping thru it seamlessly or time traveling between two versions of the same world in the blink of an eye .
I think it makes OG FF7 and CC stories more impactful especially if you can see it s a sequel instead of a remake to this universe where it’s not supposed to replaced or erase its canon . Sephiroth was the big baddie before but I always felt there was a bigger threat especially where Jenova and her origins are concerned .
I just beat ff7r this morning , hmmm I’m thinking maybe the Remake has a double meaning behind it with how the story is being told and the whispers and all the things we are seeing this early that we shouldn’t be
Only thing that SE needs to remake after FF7 is Xenogears !! I'd be happy with Chrono Trigger or Vagrant Story also . They have alot of IPs that need a remake treatment other then FF
Idk I'm thinking they might do a rerelease on ps5 in a year after it looses its exclusivity and before part 2 . I think I'll get it digital now and wait and see about a physical version for next gen platforms or maybe in a collectors complete addition . Nothing would annoy me then having part 1 on ps4 and part 2-3 on ps5 on a shelf , just saying

I've had early access since release and I've seen some pretty cool things . I won't try an create anything unless I buy the wands or they put in kb/m support , trying to use the control is just a pain in the ass imo

Man I'd really wish that sony would put Killzone 2/3 or Resistance trilogy on ps4 , multiplayer in those games were super hella fun
These and Phantasy Star 4 , these are the games that fueled my love for sci fi back in the day and haven't really been toppled off my favorite games of all time . Only a handful of other sci fi games have satisfied that itch
I like to fight people in dark souls 3 , does that count?! . But seriously I used to buy complete games for 50 bucks why would I throw my money away like that , I’ll rarely ever buy anything with MT or season passes . Half these overly expensive games are in the bargain bin within the year . Oh the good old days

I can finally finish my SUPER METROID RECREATION which is like 80% of the full game map completed and the highest rated version in LBP3 .... psn id XX--griffith--XX ... check it out !!!!
I was all about digital but then I had to get comcast and they have data caps ... so pretty much any game over 20 gigs I get physical if it's available

She prayed for Holy before she died , her death wasn't the catalyst for holy to activate , sephiroths Will was the main reason it didn't . So technically she really doesn't need to die because she accompished what she needed to do before she was killed . Hell the rest of the cast were in limbo as to why for most of disc 2 . , plus if it happens noone is gonna wanna use Aerith at all in part 2 and it won't be shocking since we all know it's coming lol .
