Of the games that have, Mass Effect was the only one that made an attempt at adding facial expression (woefully I might add.) Even Ratchet had better facial animation.
However, I might add that I was not the least impressed with the environments in GT:p. They looked artificial. But again, I am not a fan of racing sims.

The guy in that show is a little bit drier than Nathan is, but I think he could pull it off if he can change that. In fact the relationship the two male characters have in Burn Notice is the exact same one found in Uncharted.
