Has sony EVER produced a cross gen game? I think sony delivers a game to one console platform and thats it, lol.

Probably because cable is expensive. IF you can get alternative options for cheaper it might be worth looking into. Problem with cutting the cord is you need a bunch of different services to get equal content cable gives.
Basically cable providers need some competetion because they are fat, bloated, and overcharge for everything. If we can get companies like sony, google, apple, etc, to eat into cable's marketshare it would be better for everyone.
Sony had tv deals on PS since 2009 though with Play TV. I couldnt care less about it.
COD sales between platforms where pretty much even between ps3 and 360 witht he 360 have a slight lead. If sony has a numbers advangtage with PS4 stock over XB1 then it wont matter how much marketing money has. You can make up a difference like that unless people start buying 2 copies.

True but that isnt showing up in the pre-order numbers. If they had all this PR and their numbers were through the roof then this claim would be correct.
Normally the saying is "there is no such thing as bad press" but obviously this is the exception to the rule, cause i dont think Tori Black get hammered this much.
But its not like it was the naysayers only. It also seemed to be a big portion of the 360 fan base that said screw the XB1.
I have about 10 or 15 friends that had only 360 that are now not getting the XB1 even after the policy changes. Thats what 1st impressions do to people. (I know my small sample of friends arent representitve of the larger gaming population).
GT 1 & 2 = PS1
GT 3 & 4 = PS2
GT 5 & 6 = PS3
GT 7 & 8 = PS4
