I beat Zico, after a 100 tries or so (got a trophy for that too, yay), it's not that hard once you understand how you have to do and you learn to nail the timing.
I think Zone Zeus should be in Zico's place in that list, I cannot understand how people are able to do that... Impossible, impossible I tell you.

I ran into this a while ago but didn't realize what was going on. They were in the airplane in afghan, me and my friend were said "what the fück are these retards doing?". We shot them both and killed them again when they respawned, I did this so much I ended up getting a nuke, thanks to those guys.

Yeah, Demon's Souls was the first game I thought of as well, but remember that there's no mp, which spoils a lot of the fun of Demon's Souls.
I'd go with Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 because I played NG2 on my xbox about 5 times and still have had the desire to play Sigma 2 twice (so far). Plus, all the missions and challenges makes it a game which will last long, and I doubt I'll ever master it.
