Don't know about these low scores. The game is fun, and laser focused. The sound track is great, and there is a ton of stuff to do.
The city is not as populated as say GTA, but this is the 60's in the holler (ghetto), so I chalk it up to that.
I like the focus on tasks that are related to your overarching goal, as opposed to drinking beer and going bowling.
Nothing wrong with Battleborn. There is zero comparison with Overwatch other than character archetypes. The look, the play, the decision making that goes into each match pre and post game is simply mechanics that are not present in Overwatch.
Gearbox didn't spend millions of dollars developing Battleborn because they thought it was a niche thing? They believed in their product and still do. This is why they are debunking the whole Free 2 Play theory.
But when you have ga...
AWESOME! Love me some Battleborn.
another fail.
I want to see single player mission played out with bots. They have stated over and over again you can do this, but everything I've seen is four people playing doing complex routines. Do they want my money? Show me how you play this offline with bots and stop the 30-minute coop presentations.
LOL
I would NEVER turn off graphic violence. Game is for me not my kids. That being said its nice that the filter is there.
All you need to know:
"Should you run out and buy one? That depends. The technology is astonishing but still in its infancy, and VR games that rival current console blockbusters are a long way off, so it won’t be as immediately useful as you might expect for a $400 to $500 price."
I didn't know anything about FF7 being on the system. That's great news. I can totally see some kind of FF games on the NX with the introduction of Cloud Amiibo. This is excellent morning news.
He said it right. It's a novelty for some time to come. I'll check it out in another five years. See where we are at. Meantime I wanna play games. Not tech demos.
I will grant you that this version of XCOM 2 is not the superior version, but we all know that Firaxis won't allows this game to wither on the vine.
I know it's an opinion piece/review, but it seems rather harsh and may turn away potential customers. That's all I'm saying.
I would ask potential XCOM 2 buyers to buy the best version of this game to accommodate your lifestyle and platform of choice. It's just a great game with much to ...
Yes, I do.
I know the industry collectively wish to push indie games as B class games, but no indie I've played this gen matches say a game like Never Dead, Splatterhouse, Vanquish, Binary Domain or even Chainsaw Lollipop.
To be clear, I'm not pretending these are fantastic games (although some may argue that point.) What I am trying to illustrate is that these were excellent B grade games with heft, longevity, and systems that are simply beyond the scope of many i...
You mean, what you lack?
You wear your soul's pride like it means something in the actual world. Grow up son. When something doesn't work correctly, it doesn't work. Just cause Souls series gives tweens booners doesn't make it a great game. You speak as if you found the secret of gaming. You haven't. I've been playing hard games forever. It's simple when something doesn't make sense, it's not a feature, it's broken. That's why others work t...
LOL.
Come on, this is the gen of remasters. It's cheaper to go into your hard drive and re-release what's already there as opposed to making new games.
Let me guess? Cause Mr. Keighley said it wasn't what it was supposed to be, now we are all in agreement?
Cause you know, when people that bought the game and played it and realized it was not what was promised, those folks were considered pariah.
There is no denying that after Burnout, this has become my favorite racer. I would include Split/Second as a third as well.
I would love for this game to be on all platforms, but I know that is not a probability.
I speculate they are waiting to finalize specs or some design aesthetic. Regarding software, I'm sure some kind of Mario game will be there. Zelda? Well, I was sure before, now not so much. Either way its third party support, customer adoption and steady stream of excellent games that will determine what happens at Nintendo
This game is a massive disappointment. This is the kind of argument I have with myself when it comes to digital vs. physical. I wish I could get my money back.
