This and Destiny. YES! My PS4 will be burning!
Careful Jimmy, you're treading on dangerous waters here. Give one console more air time than the other or make any implications you like one over the other could mess with your ratings....
Just saying you know how we gamers can be.
I'm very torn with this game. The concept is sound and fun can be had, but it is rough as hell around the edges and it lacks a proper tutorial which is essential for a game as dense as this one. I also found myself struggling with the controls. I wasn't sure what was highlighted what wasn't. I thought you could get into the inventory of your partners, but you cant unless you are physically using them.
I don't hate it, but a measure for me (at least) to know wh...
As Peter M said, "WHY" is the question that must be answered. WHY does it need to be online all the time. WHY the trading policies? WHAT do you get with your gold membership. It used to be cross-game chat, now PS$ does it also. So questions must be answered.
My personal opinion, M$ is in bed with lots of cable vendors and advertisers, how else can they insure that their customers are reached by adds and consume all these products that are not based on games? Well Yo...
Better believe it, The Division looks hotter than lava. I'm sure hell cook up something.
As a Nintendo fan I want to say the following.
Nintendo expects to pull a miracle in the scope of when Moses parted the sea. Now that's biblical proportions.
Not only will they be competing with new-gen tech and ALL the games they will offer, but also this current-gens offerings some of which are GTA5 and Castlevania LoS 2.
For as versatile and fun as Mario can be, I'm willing to bet that this holiday season will hurt Nintendo, much. ...
Nice point of view.
Truth is, everyone knows that these budgets are primarily to pay everyone other than the devs. Its a know fact that developers don't get paid top dollar, its all the management that gets paid.
When you say cut costs, you are saying take less money if you are not in the creative process. Basically the "suits" and as in even our government, that's not gonna happen.
Whats the solution? Pass it on to us.
I see...
Never for one second did I think publishers wanted all these money walls. This is M$ doing what they do best, put a hose in your wallet and syphon the cash.
In my heart I would like to think so, but my gut tells me differently.
Would have been nice to see. Not a tech demo but some actual in-engine NEW Zelda. Guess we'll have to wait. I'm not sure what to make of this news. Should we be excited cause its so polished that we will see the new Zelda this year, or was it one of those things that is an off the cuff remark and nothing should be read into it?
I'll bet even money the game will make an appearance on PS4. Its good business. Dont worry you'll have plenty of other games to play before this shows up PLUS when it does, all the kinks would have been worked out and who knows maybe some extra content.
I respect the man and the company but something he said during his interview struck me as the issue that hinders Nintendo. They make hardware to facilitate their game making philosophies.
I doubt they created the WiiU with Battlefield 4 in mind.
Why would they, Nintendo has a bit of an isolationist kind of perception in the gaming industry.
They insulate themselves. They created a console that was more than enough for their needs, not taking in consid...
This will be most interesting to see. Will tried and true IP like Mario and Zelda be enough to keep WiiU competing with the likes of Xbox One and PS4?
Or will be relegated to "the other console that only plays Nintendo games"
I already own one, but I am most interested in how this pans out.
Very nice. Thanks for the link.
Thanks for clearing this up for me. I was a little confused.
Question: Do you know if the art style changes during gameplay, cause I swear I saw cell shaded characters then when the board changed so did they.
Let me tell you, the trainer and the villager are stretches man. Fans want new characters for the Smash Bro series, but those two are beyond acceptance.
I would hate to think that Nintendo cant form some kind of contractual partnership with other major publishers/ Devs so that they can cross promote their characters.
I mean, its a sound idea. My son learned of Zelda and Solid Snake years before he actually saw any of the games.
This is horrib...
Whats Lords of the Fallen? a fighter? Rpg?
OUYA is a grassroots operation, we as gamers should support this entrepreneurial spirit. Its the exact kind of thing that got us to where we are in this industry.
Some of us remember trading "games" as they where being released in brown paper bags with xeroxed copies of hand written notes as manuals.
Things go in cycles and as long as they where not breaking laws, why not try and have a presence. In fact E3 should have slots for these kinds of indep...
I'm afraid I will purchase this game also. I sold my GC one a long time ago and this will be nice to have again.
