Will the guitar be wireless ?? Since the 360 has "specific" wireless requency, I am not sure if MS will give the devs the required info to do so.

It does not have built in Wi-Fi.
It is not a machine that plays games any faster, better, visually nicer. It just runs cooler, and since most of us have never had it overheat ... what is the point.
You get a bigger HD drive ... and .... you will be able to buy them on their own anyway for your current 360.

It also accepts 1080p over component. But due to protection laws, it will only accept 1080i into component with the HD-DVD. That is why I use the VGA cable ..... ALL 1080p. And the small update just a week after the fall update fixed the bland color issues that VGA is know for. The VGA colors ...

The new Sonic on the 360 is a NATIVE 1080p game (as much as it blows). Do a bit of searching and if you are willing to dirty your hands, pick up a Sonic Game for the 360 and look on the back of the box.

You proved how Un-Informed you are by admitting you think the 360 does not do NATIVE 1080p and can only upscale.
I will break it down for you ...
-- ALL 720p and 1080i content can and is upscalled to 1080p by the 360.
-- If you use the VGA cable to your HDTV (as I do) the 360's internal drive AS WELL as the HD-DVD add on will also upscale your old 480p DVD's to 1080p.
If content is a TRUE NATIVE 1080p signal like a HD-DVD or a game (sonic), the 360 ...

Bought the Sony SXRD 60" XBR2 since I was told by the sales man and the manual that it accepted 1920x1080 over VGA .... here is a shock ... SONY WAS FULL OF SH!T. The set did not. So back to the store it went with a few choice words for the sales guy and a nice long letter to Sony.
