Agreed how can se gamers defend this. DLC should be only be an option if you truly enjoyed the game and want some more of the world. i was just about to say the exact same thing. its been like that for the past two months, and i know some might say there's loads but to my personal taste nothing for me.
You make a very good point that blows their BS explanation. this game IS only online so if you do have shoddy internet you are still going to suffer either way.
This is why there are real world test, glad people are finding out issues that sony might have missed during closed testing hopefully now that this is out there they (sony) will release a patch to rectify this.
No I think the Tomb raider sequel explanation takes that title for the most egregious explanation ever, now that was A DOOZY this one comes 2nd place tho

when share play was announced I read that some publishers are worried about how gamers are going to abuse this, am I missing something or is this not the same principle as screen sharing and I dont see Micorsoft or any other big corp with licensed products freaking out for example about how I have office installed on my work machine but not on my laptop at home and I can use a screen sharing app to log on to my work pc and use office or any other paid app on my work pc.
that is my approach with this title, normally I preorder from the day it gets announced but with this title i am just going to wait and see and even better try it out with ps4 share play before deciding if i want to get it or not :)
I know it is a slap in the face. I own the ps4 version but I can now say without a doubt in my mind I am done with this franchise. good luck to other gamers who keep supporting this title.

i have never truly understood the saying " game A is a reason for owning a console" surely there must be other aspect that of the system that endears you to want to purchase a console or am i over thinking it.
anyway I am glad the game is getting great reviews across the board. its surely a win for MS and insomniac for getting this to their fans

OT: like with every "competition" one has to be first and unfortunately one has to be third, last gen it was sony they adjusted and now seeing the success of the changes they made. MS unfortunately read the market wrong and have to learn and adjust accordingly

Change on-line status is one i have been looking forward to, there are sometimes i just want to game in peace or do other things without being spammed with game invites
