Couldnt agree more, this will pull more people to the PS3 than any "space marine alien FPS shooter squel thats actually a prequal because we lack any form of creativity" type game.

If you own a HDTV, then the PS3 is really a must have accessory.
Games, HD media, internet, HDD, playTV, etc etc, the competition simply cant compete....
Personally i think they'd be stupid to move into the console market (hardware-wise), EA have a great money making potentail at the moment with their multi-plats, there's no need to push for more, just look how much its cost M$ to break into the market and they're yet to make any real money from it (obviously thats largely their fault).
Still, if it happens, im happy that Sony has so many in house developers.

it is rather complicated as you need to reduce the over all OS foot-print to allow a set amount of memory dedicated to the XMB. Thats actually a very large undertaking.
But i agree they might be saving it for HOME, as that way it seems like a larger update for the Playstation in general...
Sonys marketting as a whole has been quite weak lately, but their obviously trying to change that.
Still, i believe a good game should speak for itself, you dont need to stick it on a Happy Meal to sell it.
Right, although i havent seen anyone excited about this title im sure that as "360/PS3 differences" is in the title this will get alot of heat.
But like the developers stated..."differences between the consoles will be pretty negligible", so lets not get our knickers in a twist.

I believe it was confirmed for both US and EU. But like you said, worse case, you can always import (which will even be cheaper than buying in the UK).
