PS4 as a launch console is very slim as it is, if sony can get it smaller then it's just sheer brilliance engineering from sony. Sony managed to create a slim console with an integrated 'power brick' which uses the same cables from the ps2 and ps3. I don't think any other hardware manufacturer comes close to their level of fine-expertise

Solution - Stop funding kickstarters, devs will then have to self publish (if they have the money, in which case they shouldnt be going on kickstarter) or find a publisher or an investor (which usually has a quality control and if a project looks like a dud early, they may not bother releasing at all)
Zelda will sell like crazy on Wii U and NX, no one doubts that. It'll more than likely review well and be thoroughly enjoyed. However, this title does not solve the core trifecta of issues Nintendo are facing resulting in their weak hardware sales and software:hardware ratio.
1) Hardware power and ease of development
2) Third party support (almost non-existent now on wii u)
3) Lack of new IP's and re-inventing current ip's.

GOW honestly feels like the only IP at E3 that feels like a new IP. SSM havent used prev games as a template, they're creating a new game ground-up with everything you love about GOW3+others.

Exclusives not good for gaming? WHy would Sony make a game for a competing platform? It sells their consoles, and no console maker would survive if they gave you reasons to buy other consoles
The latest news was capcom renewing the trademark back in February. I'm just confused because their engine they were making that on seemed to be what they were hoping would be their next big thing, they've just abandoned all that work it seems.

Was a good conference, not great. I come to E3 mainly to see new games announcements. There was 2 only, DR4 and State of decay. What we saw from games like gears and scalebound was absolutely amazing though. Let's forget the elephant in the room which was the most boring minecraft demo ever.

Is it just me or do you reckon Sony are just trying their best not to release a game like this and uncharted in november/december? They've seemed to had a lot of success releasing in the middle of the year with TLOU, U4 and some other titles. Instead they can use holidays to push ps4 sales over their own game titles, which is smart

Luckily each of the above have also been pretty high quality upon their release, so gotta take the bad with the good.

Agent is a common term and others may want to use it, there's a limit to the number of extensions before it cant be extended anymore, so likelihood is that they are still working on it and will be their title after red dead (could replace both max payne and la noire dev time from last gens r* games)

Joel and Ellie's story is done, nd know they don't need to sequel or prequel it. Their story is just one of likely millions of stories in the universe of TLOU, ND could go anywhere for TLOU2.. Japan, UK, somewhere else in America perhaps.
Are we still posting minute Neo and Scorpio articles like this?! N+S are just mid-gen *optional* upgraded hardware for those who want it, they've said time and time again no one is left behind. And why would they leave 60 million customers behind? Hint: They wouldn't. It doesn't spell a regular occurence because not even sony can predict the market needs that far into the future.
