Power-hungry, loud; Sony's XcrossMediaBar interface might confuse casual users.
XMB confusing? wtf is this guy talking about, the XMB is as straight-forward as it gets. Also, I sleep with my PS3 on for F@H, and sometimes I look over to see if it's on because I can't hear it. This article seemed to be grasping at straws to find negativity. Really awkward.
@2.1
It has a red ring. Am I talking about the 360 or the headset? See, that's a pretty simple similarity for someone to comment on.
Why, with 50 million dollars in their pocket, you'd think Rockstar would add the GTA IV DLC before it was released. Same with Fallout 3. Trying to insult the PS3 with this news makes you look not only like a troll, but a person with an IQ lower than their shoe size.
@1.1
I don't think that has anything to do with 1's comment. But yea, I buy Sony products all the time. Wanna know why? Quality.
But they're doing this to target the non-360 owners. They want PC gamers to buy a 360, not just wait for the PC port.
Main problem with that study:
They had 3 groups. It should be a matched pairs test, but each participant should be matched with him or herself. One day they do nothing. The next they play video games. The next they play active games.
To have 3 random groups doesn't help, because people are different. It just doesn't give you accurate results.
Thank you Stats class, really helps me discern crap experiments from quality ones :P
Are you kidding me!? His suit basically makes him younger; If he didn't have it then Arthritis Ocelot would be his main foe. Not only that, but it's the best camouflage next to invisibility. I would love to have that suit.
White Knight Story. It's from Level-5, so it's probably going to blow every JRPG on the market out of the water.
Also, wait to complain until AFTER TGS, because that's when any and all announcements will be, dur.
The particle effects aren't quite as good, even though they're siiiick. The animations are better than the trailer. Give a little, take a little.
Also, I love how you couldn't bash the game play so you automatically reverted to natural troll instincts and called them out on the graphics. Classy.
Mm hmm. Also, the best thing about all of these previews is that none of them overly hypes the game. They say it's really good. It's not AMAZING but it's great and that we should look forward to it. This way, people only have themselves to blame if they over hype themselves. It helps me keep hype low, but anticipation high :P
Okay. This preview is on game play too though, so who cares?
That's nitpicky. They're talking about PS3, so they mentioned the game compared to other PS3 games. I didn't even give that sentence a second thought, and I'm SURE the reviewer didn't try to subliminally tell us something. That's seriously grasping at straws if you read the actual review.
Anyway, this is the EXACT same thing as with Killzone being called a Halo-killer. GG never said that, and I don't think they appreciate that pressure and wrongful hype. Same as this trailer. GG ...
People Disagree when they don't feel the same way. If you say "I love grocery shopping!" You're liable to get a disagree, even though you clearly love it, and people don't know if you're lying. It's simpler than wasting a bubble. Also, you probably just got a disagreebot lol.
If you have the tv and money, then blu ray is quite the step up. If you really like the movie you're buying, then that's another huge reason to get blu ray. I buy my favorite movies on blu and my "pretty good" movies on DVD.
"Tales of Vesperia sucks too...only a 8.1"
Since when does 8.1 suck? 7 is where I start to think "mediocrity," but 8+ is something I really consider buying. Can't expect every game to be AAA, especially when you look at one review and don't try it.
You obviously don't know how Sony treats their first party devs. They'd be independent and suddenly have some deeper pockets.
Also, Sony isn't the only one to believe in them, Sony just got to them first, thanks to Phil Harrison.
They're already working on a music store. I don't have a link, but it's in the works.
How many levels will be on the disc?
Around 50-ish. *There'll be an interlinking story*, too, so it's not just a random selection of levels. About the first half of the game is one long tutorial, introducing you to all the gameplay mechanics in the game.

How long did Mario last? All you do is jump.
How long did youtube last? All you do is watch other people's videos.
How long did Halo last? All you do is shoot people.
How long has Gran Turismo been going on for? All you do is drive.
"Fun, defined." LBP will be fun. That's the point of it, just like the above examples.
I like how you backed up your opinion with facts. It really helps me believe you and understand your point.
