COD sells FAR more on the 360 then PS3 there both the same game looks wise and the difference in consoles sold doesn't reflect the vast difference in the amount of games sold on each platform. So we can only conclude from this there are a few reasons gamers buy it more on the 360.

I disagree I used to play CSS insane amounts about 2 years back. almost everyone spoke on the servers I played at least. Although comparing the PC to a 360 is like comparing night and day at least when it comes to voice chat.
A PC doesn't come as standard with a mic and most if not all 360's do. On a PC you need to configure a microphone which depending on countless things can ever be very easy or very hard. Which can cut out the potential market.
