What a moron he's comparing Star Ocean 4 to 13 versus on graphics.. since when did graphics EVER make a role-playing game good. This is just out and out flame bait if he had even taken the time to play past Star Ocean games he would understand the incredible level of gameplay and story depth that the final fantasy series just doesn't show.
I think its just the night textures look really sweet and a difference in HDTV the older one having the sharper image.

I got a PS3 few weeks back I only own 4 games at the moment MGS4, Valkryia Chronicles, Little big planet and Diseaga 3 all exclusives. All my multi platforms are on my 360 because of party chat and more friends owning a 360. This will be my 5/6th exclusive game which means Sony will of finally made a profit from me which is nice.

By the best j-RPG am guessing you mean valkryia Chronicle? If so its not really an J-RPG its a strategy game with RPG elements. But if it was in RPG I would agree its better then the 360 offerings its my best game of 2008. But you see the funny thing is that game began development with the xbox 360 in mind. so saying the PS3 had some divine right to it or it wouldn't of worked on the 360 is complete idiocy.

Am going to buy this game but as for it being better then any FPS on the 360 I will believe it when it see it. So far Gear 2 has quite nicely kicked any FPS Sony could make in the teeth. Hype all you want if the games good it will sell if its bad it wont. No amount of screen shots or play video's will make the game good.
If it was all about graphics the most popular PC FPS's wouldn't be Call of Duty 4 and Counter Strike Source it would be Crysis. Graphics and Game play wont alway...

If you want facts ill give you some since launch the PS3 has only fallen more and more behind the 360. In terms of consoles sold and the amount on games available on each console.

Already own all the 360 J-RPG's well most of them and iv tried to love games like fall out but the character design and story makes me want to pull my eyes out. So I think ill stick to the RPG style I have played and loved since the PS1 before all the lame American stuff.

The way I see it regardless of how good a line-up the PS3 has it still hasn't been able to catch Microsoft up or even gain any ground on its 6 million console lead since launch. And 6 million is being unfair to Microsoft I know 2 family members that just use the PS3 for movies and TV internet access. So that shouldn't really count as a console sold since its only lost the play station brand money. Id say Sony is at least 8 million behind MS and still haven't gained any ground what so ever. <...
Well am not holding all that much hope for it but I will be buying it regardless. I already own Valkyria Chronicles and Diseaga 3 so I plan to buy every exclusive J-RPG for the PS3. I couldn't be less interested in games like Fall out 3 there far to Americanized.
