Super Mario 3D Land is incredible and should be on any such list.

Our source has ties in Nintendo and says that Andriasang has translated it incorrectly. Iwata actually said that the Wii U will release before the end of the year. And he added that it will be in the summer for at least one market.

I loved the charm and art style of Wind Waker but I didn't like the sailing. Personally, I found Twilight Princess to be more epic.
Yes, I agree Link's Awakening was incredible, probably the best handheld Zelda game. Both the Ballad of the Windfish and TalTal Heights are some of the best music in the series.
But, I still would put both Twilight Princess and Skyward Sword ahead of it.

Why why why didn't they release another F-Zero this generation? I'd even take a new one on the 3DS but I'd really prefer it to be on the Wii U with glorious graphics and insane speed. F-Zero GX rocked!
Also, Pikmin 3 should be great when it finally arrives. We've been waiting for it since the Wii launched.
I just hope motion controls don't go the way of the dinosaur if Nintendo doesn't support them enough in the generation of the Wii U.
