99% of them are developed by a Nintendo first or second party developer. Go through the list one by one and you can check it out for yourself.
(The 1% is The Last Story which is a third-party game but Nintendo collaborated in the development as evidenced from the latest Iwata Asks.)
Your articles are proof against your last statement.
I wish there was more fan-art for The Last Story but I haven't seen any yet. I guess it needs to come to America, *wink*.
But, I can tell you there is plenty for Final Fantasy.
Probably because those games definitely don't get marketed as heavily as the big three. But, they definitely exist.
It was all worth it for Pushmo. :P
I apologize to everyone reading this article. We changed the content to reflect only the NFC capabilities. Someone close to Nintendo contacted me and was very angry we posted the story because he said it is confirmed as a Wii game.
True, Skylanders is doubtfully the best looking game for the next generation. It probably is being made for 360 and PS3 as well. So the Wii U version isn't looking that much better than them. But that is definitely not a Wii game. Unless Skylanders is incredibly good looking.
Also, I like what they hinted about the interesting uses of NFC.
Please, leak us more! We're dying out here! E3 is too far away.
Check the news. Square Enix are in serious financial trouble.
You may dislike Bioware and Bethesda and I'm fan with that, but don't fabricate that everyone else dislikes them as well. (I personally am okay with them but I'm not a massive fan.) Mass Effect 3 is one of the most hyped upcoming games and Skyrim was one of the biggest games of the past year. It's foolish to think these two companies have fallen out of style already with the public.
The most recent Iwata Asks are absolutely fascinating. Smart move by Iwata to host these interviews. They are full of so much win.
But they are quite popular in the industry. Bioware and Bethesda are really big names these days. Japanese developers feel they have to catch up to them. Plus, the Final Fantasy series has been floundering since Sakaguchi left Square.
It's nice to see you weren't afraid to say your misgivings.
The one thing that prevents me from being horror games: the horror. Lol. I get scared really easy from them, so I always play it on the easiest setting.
The RE:R demo got a few jumps out of me. But, after playing it a few times my confidence got a little stronger. So, I'm still up in the air whether I want to buy it. I think the graphics look stupendous and the game is really creepy and reminds me of the mansion. But, ultimately, the creepiness is what's making me hes...
Although, they are making a sequel on the Vita.
Metroid Other M was an amazing game. I agree, it's probably the number one most underrated and misunderstood game on the Wii.
Thanks for the response.
What if it were for something like giving orders to your troops in Advance Wars? If they only have a few commands it could be it would work better than Siri because there wouldn't be a whole dictionary for it to learn.
Just for fun. Iwata doesn't like when people read between the lines.
Even though I'm an editor for Nintendo Enthusiast, a competing website, I felt compelled to approve this article. I'd take the steady quality that Nintendo has begun to show on their eshop over a stream of blah games, any day. I'm liking the direction Nintendo is going in here.
I agree there. One was good but flawed, but two was perfection.
