My favorite of the bunch is definitely Metal Gear Solid 2. That music makes me want to go and crawl through air vents or something.
Yeah, that's true. They even managed to release CoD on the Wii's ancient hardware.
What? You never heard publisher trash-talk before? Sony and Microsoft do it too.
But if someone owns a Wii U for other games like Mario, Zelda, or Metroid, who says they won't start to say, "Hey, why should I pick up CoD for my PS3 or 360 when I can get a better version of it for my Wii U?"
Still missing Prince of Persia and DQ8, but you can't fit them all into one list.
Both of those made it into the list
Dragon Quest X is also cel-shaded but it actually looks worse than DQ8. Maybe that's because it's an MMO.
Cel-shading almost lets a game mask its age. When you don't expect a game to look realistic you don't judge it with the same criteria.
That's the game with "the elevator scene", no?
July 21, 2010. Seems like two years to me.
It looks very moody and atmospheric. Can't wait for what they have in store.
That's very cool. I didn't realize he had so many voices up his sleeve. Or his throat.
Yeah, it's like traveling to a new country and seeing new sights.
I get exhausted just thinking about it.
Still doesn't compare to Shattered Memories. Now that was great survival horror.
Yeah, the West is quickly settling into its own copy-cat formulas. Japanese gaming has been around for two decades already so of course they're struggling to keep on moving forward.
put on your glasses :P
Despite being quirky, or maybe because it's quirky, that Frobisher Says game catches my attention.
Mutant Mudds 2 will be great, although I'd also really like to see a 3DS FPS by Renegade Kid.
One of the staff actually suggested that Xenoblade track. I'll stick both of your suggestions in now because they are good ones. (Xenoblade is going in the Nintendo version of the article on Nintendo Enthusiast.)
You can read the Nintendo version here, with 25 of its own menu tracks. http://www.nintendoenthusia...
