Yeah, it's one of the first things I do with console commands when I play Fallout 3 or NV.
What is this I don't even. A set of random images that aren't even attempting to present the same situation or position to provide comparison. I think one of those pics is even from another article circulating around here showing the old Borderlands, before the cell shading.
It's probably a similarly small amount. It's an old PR trick. Fake extreme demand to create real demand.
FOV adjust is a good sign. Most games don't have that, even if they have a full set of other graphics options.
The cell shading is part of the Borderlands flavor. What further sets it apart from the big brown/grey blob that contains 90% of all other modern FPS.
Sounds like they just chose to undertake a job without all the tools they needed. If they couldn't afford to hire any competent PC devs, they could have just posted a request for volunteers on a forum like NeoGaf or something. I'm sure these people would have helped them pre-launch.
This is the biggest plus for PC gaming, IMO. Not the major graphics leaps, but the modders. Modders do what lazy or unimaginative devs can't or won't. They take a good game and make it amazing. Truly, the master race.
All hail the master race for fixing and making major developers' games even better.
Game was decent when it first came out. Does anyone play it anymore?
I'd only say MGS4 is essential if you're already a fan. While I think it's one of the best games ever made, I completely understand when someone says they don't like it. It's Metal Gear in its purest form, designed as fan service. It's definitely an acquired taste.
He has several characters. Francis is his most popular.
Yeah, he's been losing weight.
He first made the joke in a vid from June 6th.

3 days after the one you posted, but I highly doubt he stole it from you.
Another problem is that 4k TVs are still super expensive. I was just reading about LG's new 4k TV being $20k. That's $5k cheaper than Sony's. The time just isn't right for 4k. Give it a few years.
It's gonna be the ME3 ending all over again. Expect these articles for months beyond their shelf life.
Both of them averaged in the 20's on ultra. The averages around 30 were on high.
Point is that there's no way any console will include hardware even close to this level in the first place unless they're going to charge big money, which they won't. If anyone tries to go for Ferrari specs in their next console with a price to match, they'll be left in the dust at retail.
The rumors of the next consoles coming with GPU power on par with a cou...
The controller can be seen as a negative, just as the Wii-mote. A gimmicky controller can ruin an otherwise great game. It's not as bad as motion gaming, but I do question the need or want of a 2nd screen. What might seem like an additional tool on paper could easily turn out to be little more than an annoying distraction in practice.
They should be more concerned about price point with what's going on in the rest of their company. No more Ferrari prices. Make a good, solid console at a reasonable price. Another $600 mistake could make this Sony's last piece of gaming hardware.
You sure about that? There's some flying vehicle in one of the trailers. Or at least it looks like a flying vehicle.
Itching for Borderlands 2. 9pm Monday on Steam, IT'S ON!
