You sound like a political suit. "I strongly condemn my opponent's attacks!"
More like passionate fans overreact to semi-bad news. It puts people into an uncomfortable position. Having to shell out hundreds of dollars for a sequel to a game on a console they already own. It's not like the Wii U is some next-gen tech marvel that will push the series to new heights, warranting new hardware. I get the annoyance. Some people just can't express themselves maturely.
@deadlybrand - I'm sorry if legitimate criticism offends you as "trolling". That's a personal issue between you and your brand loyalty. If Nintendo were to come out with more great titles I could only get on the Wii U, there's no reason why I wouldn't buy one.
Fact is that most of the good games being touted as cornerstones of "THE GREATEST CONSOLE LAUNCH IN HISTORY" are multiplats that I've already finished. I'm sure there are lots...
"Most" of the "good" stuff. Reading is FUNdamental!
Problem is that I've already played most of the good stuff in their launch.
Charting new territory in incompetence.
You should probably already have your GMG key by the time I respond to your post 18 hours later here. All of my GMG-buying friends on Steam got theirs, redeemed and pre-loaded yesterday.
People still think the PS4 will be running 4k games? It takes the best modern GPUs to run current gen games in 4k at a mere 30-ish FPS average. Unless you're expecting the PS4 to cost $1,000+, 4k gaming isn't realistic.

Dammit, I want one. If for no other reason than to have a Marcus bobblehead next to my Vault Boy bobblehead on my desk.
I've been here all along.
Knew it was only a matter of time before that word started getting thrown around. Thanks for putting it into the gamer lexicon, IGN.
If it weren't for "entitled douches" who bought their game, they'd be out of a job. Nobody is demanding free copies. They'd like the opportunity to pay for a sequel on the console they already own, instead of shelling out hundreds of dollars for a new console they have no interest in. Some are just expressing that sentiment...
Silent Hill is still the only good one, IMO. Unless I'm being nostalgic and liking things for being corny and bad, then maybe you could throw Mario Bros, Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat onto that list.
Point is that no, video games can't become great films. Something has to change first. It's like the people who want to create them come at the project with a completely wrong mentality. Thinking they'll just throw a franchise into a blender, sprinkle some Holl...
You get mad and start gaming on PC again. Worked for me.
Well obviously Sega didn't deem that good enough to merit funding a sequel.
Why would CoD move any? Everyone who plays CoD already plays it with all of their friends on a PS3 or 360. Network effect controls where that game is popular.
How was I trolling? That's what the list looks like. Keep your projections and off-topic Vita discussion to yourself.
...and now you're making FaceBook games for EA. How admirable.
Bayonetta's more important because it's an exclusive. You can play Madden Warfare anywhere, and most people who still play it already play it with the bros on 360. That being said, Bayonetta didn't do well in sales the first time around. A repeat or worse wouldn't be shocking, especially when limiting it to a new console amid much gamer hostility.
90% shovelware and ports of old multiplats. Better than nothing, I guess.
Don't be so defensive, I wasn't trying to argue with you. I just always hear politicians "condemning" things, as if they just dropped some serious business. That word is silly and meaningless to me because of them.
